Anybody see these circling lights over downtown Halifax last night?

In front of my house is a parking by permit only sign. I have a space in the back, but I pull up in front to unload my car. While I am in the house, I get a parking ticket. Fair. My question @hfxcity is why I’m the only one who was ticketed when no one else has a permit.
