As an attorney I am watching your threats on X and national television. I have some advice @RepRobertGarcia: YOU better lawyer up.
Congress cannot use subpoenas solely to punish political opponents. Your threats are crossing into criminal extortion and congressional immunity will not save you.

I've recently noticed that some of my work is being copied and republished by others, and I want to make one thing very clear: I am not okay with it.
A lot of time, thought, creativity, and effort goes into what I create. None of it simply appears out of nowhere. It is my work, my ideas, and my time.
We all have the ability to create something of our own. Be inspired, find your own style, experiment, and develop your own ideas. There is a big difference between being inspired by someone's work and simply copying it and presenting it as your own.
Respect goes both ways, and respecting someone else's creativity also means respecting the time and effort behind it.
I believe in supporting each other, encouraging creativity, and building a community where originality is appreciated rather than taken advantage of.
However, I also believe in setting boundaries. From this point forward, I will report creators who copy, republish, or use my original work and present it as their own. I will not overlook it, and I will not accept it.
Create your own. Be original. Let your work represent you.
Respect other people's work, just as you expect them to respect yours.

There is a boycott movement building against Jennifer Welch's podcast over her hate-filled, vulgarity-spewing content. Various sponsors have already declared that they have had it with "I've had it" after she laughed over "digging up Charlie Kirk and doing it again." teapaw.org/JonathanTurley/status/…
Rachel Welch has made millions by injecting rage into the body politic. In this podcast, she and her co-host break into uncontrollable laughter at a post that says, “We’re digging up Charlie Kirk and doing it again." newsbreak.com/mediaite-52057… What is notable is that, after her cohost denounces conservatives for spreading false news, they claim falsely that Kirk was killed by a MAGA supporter -- a claim long debunked but repeated by many on the left.

More and more is coming out proving that Abdul El-Sayed is a Muslim Brotherhood operative, as I exposed in 2018!
How can Democrats swear him in knowing that he has open ties to Islamic terrorist organizations?
And where is the GOP? They should refuse to swear him in. Make it a public boycott and have the media report on it. Bring the receipts that show he is tied to Islamic jihadists.
GOP needs to fight this.

Someone needs to explain this.
US Senate controlled by GOP @LeaderJohnThune failed to pass Save America Act.
Republicans controlled all branches of federal government failed to fix our election integrity problem.
Fix this or lose our country!

15 YEARS CLEAN! 🙏❤️🩹💪
November 7, 2011 – November 7, 2026
Today is a milestone I once thought was impossible.
Hi, my name is Alex, and as of today, November 7, 2026, I am the incredibly proud owner of 15 YEARS CLEAN FROM METHAMPHETAMINE!
That's 15 years of choosing recovery, one day at a time. And believe me, there was a time when putting together seven clean days seemed harder than climbing Mount Everest barefoot.
For someone who once couldn't imagine making it through a single week without getting high, standing here 15 years later is nothing short of a miracle.
I didn't just get clean. I got a second chance at life.
Let me tell you something about the person I used to be. I was a liar, a cheat, a thief, a deadbeat dad, a selfish individual, and someone who would do just about anything to feed an addiction that had completely taken over my life. I burned bridges, destroyed relationships, broke promises, and hurt people who loved me.
I wasn't living. I was simply existing, one high at a time.
But here's the beautiful thing about recovery: Your past doesn't have to be your permanent address.
Today, I have a heart that actually feels for others. I have compassion, sympathy, integrity, accountability, and something I once knew very little about: self-respect.
Today, I'm a father who shows up. I'm a real friend. I'm someone whose word actually means something. I'm far from perfect, but I'm no longer the person I used to be.
And perhaps the greatest gift of all? I can look in the mirror today and actually respect the man looking back at me.
I owe so much of this transformation to my Higher Power and the gift of recovery. Something I knew absolutely nothing about when I walked through those doors, something that was freely given to me by people who wanted nothing in return except to see me get better.
Think about that. The most valuable thing I have ever received in my life didn't cost me a single penny. But it required me to change everything.
Addiction is a disease, and nobody wakes up one morning hoping to lose control of their life, destroy their family, or become a prisoner to a substance. Addiction doesn't ask permission before taking the wheel. And before you know it, you're a passenger in your own destruction.
But recovery taught me something addiction never could: I have choices. I have purpose. And I have a life worth protecting.
To anyone out there struggling today, please hear me when I say this:
You are not alone. You are not beyond help. And no matter how many bridges you've burned or how far you've fallen, there is still a better way.
Be willing to listen. Be willing to learn. Be willing to change. And most importantly, be willing to accept help from someone who has already walked the road you're trying to escape.
You don't have to figure it all out today. You just have to make a decision about today.
Fifteen years ago, I couldn't put seven days together. Today, I've put together fifteen years.
Not because I'm stronger than anyone else. Not because I'm special. But because I finally became willing to do something different.
I didn't get my old life back through recovery. I built a life I never thought I deserved or could have.
And if a guy like me can turn his life around, believe me, there's hope for anybody.
Today, I celebrate 15 years clean, but I haven't forgotten where I came from, the people I hurt, the people who helped me, or the ones who never made it out.
To those still struggling, keep fighting. To those in recovery, keep showing up. And to those we've lost along the way, you will never be forgotten.
15 YEARS CLEAN. ONE DAY AT A TIME. AND STILL A WORK IN PROGRESS.
Because the greatest thing about recovery isn't just that I stopped using drugs.
It's that I finally started living. ❤️🩹🙏
Experience, Strength & Hope.
WE DO RECOVER! 💪❤️

Thank you, @ScottPresler, for your tireless efforts to support election security, the SAVE America Act, and Republican voter turnout.
I know I’m not alone in saying that literally no one has worked harder and no one has been more effective.
I spent much of this year traveling the country with @ScottPresler to build support for the SAVE America Act. In recent months, we went to New Hampshire, Wisconsin, Maine, and Pennsylvania to knock doors and get out the vote.
Scott left a full Pennsylvania operation with 80+ paid staffers so he could headline events, train new people, and bring more voters and activists into the fold. He has registered countless people, makes the effort to remember their names, and treats every volunteer like an equal.
If you haven't seen it, Tucker mocked him viciously for that. I won't share that video here. I have never seen Scott mock anyone. And the response below by Scott is indicative of his nature.
What doors did Tucker knock this cycle? How many activists did he train? While Scott was chasing votes, Tucker was turning on President Trump and defending Abdul El-Sayed in Michigan.
Scott gave his all to try to build a victory for Republicans. Tucker sat behind a microphone, black-pilling everyone and trying to tear it all down.

Georgia house race flipped to republican after missing memory card was caught.
🚨 BREAKING: A missing memory card has FLIPPED the apparent outcome of a Georgia House race.
Republican Gerald Greene went from trailing Democrat Harry James by 58 votes to LEADING by 262 after uncounted votes were discovered in Seminole County.
Officials found a 388-vote discrepancy during routine checks.
If the result holds, Democrats will have just a ONE-SEAT majority in the Georgia House.
Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger has launched an investigation into the error.
Maybe Democrats can agree that we should now go to ALL PAPER BALLOTS?

🚨 SILENCE: Austin Payne was a 15-year-old white boy from Albany, Georgia. His mom found him dead inside an abandoned apartment after tracking his phone there.
He called her on Halloween night to say he had been SHOT and needed help.
Police have charged three black teenagers, ages 15 and 16, and a 22-year-old black man, Detravion Parker, with MURDER.
The national media has barely said a word.
Imagine if the races were reversed. It would be wall-to-wall coverage for weeks, and we all know it.
Austin deserves justice, and his name deserves to be said.

Help me understand this? CRAZY CHAIN OF EVENTS.
Last week, Alex Zabel filed a YouTube copyright takedown request against a woman's channel for infringement. YouTube took action. Removed the video.
That woman, identified as April Witthoeft aka Vicarious Vigilante from Saint Charles Illinois, then made a YouTube video 4 days ago about Alex & his copyright takedown.
3 days later Alex Zabel was arrested after this same woman claimed Alex harassed her. She also filed a protection order against him in Pima County Arizona.
What's going on here?
