When we bought our starter home over 20 years ago, it was $150K. It took us five years to save enough for our down payment.
Our second home was twice our first.
Our third home was twice the second.
We didn’t buy a $600k house out of the gate.
It takes time and willpower.

Absolutely thrilled that @NewMythsEzine has chosen my #artwork for the cover of their latest issue. It's a piece inspired by #Magic#mythology #fantasy and #storytelling called Then The Magic Happened. Please do give this wonderful #indie #magazine a bit of love! #ReadersFavourite
