一边提到后端就是 go/rust 起步，连python都排不上号。
另一边 supabase 和 convex 的 function 基本上是 TS only，真实情况是JS/TS就是现代PHP。

Base sepolia changed from 2s block interval to 200ms. It is 10 times blocks produced now.
However, the testnet RPC still limit to 25 requests per second.
@base @buildonbase did you consider to raise the limits?
sepolia.base.org RPC give a 25 calls per seconds is fair when a block is produced every 2 second. People also need to query events sometimes.
But when the block is produced 10x, the limit is not good for testing.
