When measuring open source security, counting vulnerabilities only tells part of the story. Real risk depends on context, attack paths, and how fast reusable fixes can travel through the software ecosystem. Check out the new Open Source Security Signals: red.ht/4s7mAIK

We need “trust but verify for AI, and more often than not, “don’t trust and oversee.” Without that, I’m hard-pressed to see how enterprises will trust AI agents to take action across their systems. The good news is that it’s hard for an agent to scheme when we can see what it’s doing and independently enforce the boundaries around what it’s allowed to do. We're really excited about working with @nvidia on this to use the transparency of AI thinking to oversee what it's doing and keep the scheming to a minimum: red.ht/47nrt6I.
Today, with over 100 industry partners, we introduced the NVIDIA Open Agent Safety Platform, bringing together OpenShell and Sentry. Artificial intelligence is extraordinary technology that will advance discovery, productivity, security, health, and prosperity for generations to come. But its full promise can only be realized when people have confidence that AI is being built to be safe and deployed with wisdom and responsibility. This is bigger than a single product. It's the beginning of an open ecosystem to build the trust layer for safe agent systems. Together, we are building the foundation of the AI economy. Trust and innovation are not in conflict. Safety is how trust is earned. We must build not only the most capable AI, but the most trusted AI, so that this extraordinary technology can realize its enormous promise for the world. nvda.ws/4hcoq7m

Spot on. Theory is easy... real-world production takes work. The strength of open source is that it gives enterprises the flexibility and choice to bring AI models directly to where their data lives. Great seeing how our teams are proving this out every day!
Enterprise AI isn't built on theory; it's built in production. See how we turn complex business challenges into real-world experience at @RedHat with our AI agents for sales (red.ht/4yge2Bb) and enterprise data (red.ht/3SCD3HF).

Exciting moment for Open Source AI!
Exciting day for NVIDIA and @huggingface. Open models strengthen safety and cybersecurity, accelerate innovation and diffusion, and enable sovereignty. They allow every developer, startup, university, industry and country to build with, customize and benefit from AI. Thank you @ClementDelangue for coming to me. NVIDIA is going to be a great home for Hugging Face, its community and the future of open models. 🤗 blogs.nvidia.com/blog/nvidia…

Great example of an open platform and an open weights model like Kimi K3. The results are impressive!
Kimi K3 open weights landed yesterday. By that afternoon, Red Hat AI Inference was serving it on one 8x B300 node. 2.8T params. Day-0 preview images exist so you can experiment the moment weights drop. 👇
