🍿🎬 It’s here… the Ward Buddies documentary.
For more than 5 years, I’ve been quietly building this mission.
This is the most vulnerable thing I’ve ever shared.
A part of my story I’ve never spoken about before - not in a talk, not in an interview, not in a book.
A part I’ve avoided for years… but also the part that shaped everything that came after.
It’s the reason this mission exists.
And it’s the starting point for what will become my life’s work.
This film isn’t about adventure.
It isn’t about running across countries or breaking records.
It’s about something much deeper.
Something that’s happening to children every single day… and most people don’t even realise it’s happening.
Today, that hidden crisis becomes visible.
It’s 20 minutes long. And if you can spare that time… I’d be deeply grateful.

For people with severe depression, anxiety and suicidal ideation just having someone to talk to cam be light switching a light bulb on, it feels even for a moment that someone gives a shit, something lacking every day in a world that places importance on things rather than each other.
You talking to him will get him putting one foot in front of the other, and that'll be enough for him to move forward.

As South Asian Heritage Month continues, the founder of Unreflected Reflections introduces Rising Stars FC, a football team made of members from this community who, back in the 70s, dreamed of joining a Sunday league side - eventually forming their own that is now over half a century old.
