A Daily Mail report deems it crazy that we’re only hearing now, in 2026, that Prince William and Kate have been annual visitors to Jordan FOR MANY YEARS, sometimes taking the kids and Kate’s parents PLUS struggling taxpayer-funded security. A single holiday in Mustique or Courcheval requires rotating teams of bodyguards, easily pushing the security price tag into the hundreds of thousands of pounds per private trip.
The Jordan annual ‘Secret Luxury Retreat’ is a massive, ultra-private seaside palace on the Red Sea described as a "personal first-class Club Med for royals," it features 15 luxury villas, private gyms, scuba diving, and water sports, all heavily guarded by the Royal Jordanian Navy and elite military personnel.
The stealth nature of these annual trips highlights how much of the Wales family's private life remains successfully hidden from the public eye to avoid criticism of the massive security cost that would be better spent on the homeless.
