Hull Pie is taking over the kitchen at the @kingsofhull venue on Lowgate - starting up on 14th May. Kings seem to be on to a good thing - huge outdoor space, live DJs, street art & Pie now involved too. It has certainly breathed much needed life into the old King Billy.

Another new @Banksidegalhull piece going up in Hull’s Old Town today on the side of the new @kingsofhull bar/music venue. Think you can probably guess what it will read.

Another big piece is going up today on the side of @kingsofhull - with a local theme. 100s of people passing & taking pictures as the lads paint. Good to see people are embracing it!

Me and me mate went to see it last night during a 25 mile cycle around the city boundary. Very handy those little grey electricity boxes.

If you own a big, public facing, wall & want something like this on it - please get in touch. We’re in the process of lining up more internationally regarded artists & are always after more locations.

Here is the full finished piece by @DanKitchener on the side of the new @kingsofhull venue. We’re really pleased we had chance to bring Dan up to the city. Expect more big murals to come.

Great to see a new real ale outlet open in Hull this week. Popped in to @kingsofhull yesterday, 4 handpulls on the bar featuring a cider & a @greatnewsome Sleck Dust which was on cracking form 🍻

Phase 2 of the transformation of King Billy started this week. Arguably Hull City Centre’s largest outdoor beer garden. We’re hoping to host some safe, socially distant events here in the coming months....

I used to love working at this little spot as King Billy's, great to see an amazing little venue put back in to use. Played a lot of gigs there and spent days in the place. It deserves good treatment!
