Before social profiles became a form of self-expression, there were Winamp skins.
After discovering Photoshop, @kior____ began designing her own skins for the music player — customizing the interface around the music she listened to and learning digital image-making along the way.
Skin of Memories revisits that early creative ritual. What began as a Web Nostalgia prompt brought back a nearly forgotten memory of one of her first ways of expressing himself digitally.
