A new paper led by Jessica Moulton has been published in the @jadvnu Journal of Advanced Nursing.
This study outlines the key features of a codesigned nurse-led model of care for the provision of LARC and EMA in Australian general practice settings.

Everyone has complimented this @annabelcrabb column for its nuanced and trauma informed look at the who was asked to speak at the rally debacle. Her point later about “connecting the dots”, in particular between women’s economic security and safety, are very important. @abcnews
Please do not misrepresent the reality of the work of addressing systemic intersectional including gender inequality in stopping the perpetration of violence against women. The solution to this national emergency needs all systems and structures to work together.
Think football, police, politicians, etc....they may not do it but they give the cultural license and authorizing environment for the men who do.
The use and perpetration of violence in all its forms linked to structural and systemic gendered bias is documented and practical on the ground action happening jss.org.au/programs/the-mens…

Thankyou @JennaPrice . And as @DLulabele says men’s violence against women is a man’s problem. Time to find a study into perpetration and get prevention funding to where it needs to be 9-12% of response budgets not what they currently are - 1 - 2%
