What I absolutely abhor is how they fake sympathy for the colorism dark-skinned Indians face here, as if external racism will not affect them most. As if the memes aren't either on poor people or dark skinned Indians, who are also most likely to be attacked abroad as they are

when you make violence against women a thing specifically related to India it does NOTHING to help address the actual issue, and all it does is help divert the issue into a RACIAL issue when it’s a systemic GENDER issue that exists beyond borders.
