Daughter had 11:30 p.m. flite cancelled last nite, waited in line for 3 hours and got a hotel voucher at 3 a.m. @united says that voucher counts as todays voucher and won’t give her one for tonite. @scottckirby is that the fault of @TheFAAOnline too?
