Sunset at 4:44pm is the worst part about being on the eastern most edge of the central time zone and selfishly want daylight savings year round.
⏰ DON’T FORGET: TIME CHANGE THIS WEEKEND! 🍂
Daylight Saving Time comes to an end this weekend, meaning we’ll “fall back” one hour early Sunday morning, November 1st.
That also means earlier sunsets across the region. 🌅 As shown on our map, sunset will occur around 5:40 PM in Indianapolis, with areas farther west seeing sunset closer to 5 PM and locations farther east remaining in daylight a little longer.
The good news? We gain an extra hour of sleep!
📅 Saturday night → Sunday morning
⏰ Turn your clocks back one hour
And if you enjoy getting outside after work, it’s time to start planning around those increasingly early sunsets!

We're fortunate as a country to have builders like Elon Musk and Palmer Luckey.
They take on the hard problems most people won't touch.
Went mattress shopping with my wife fully braced for the used car lot routine.
Never came. The sales guy walked us through each brand and tier specs and let us pick. Zero push.
He waived a bunch of fees. He's also applying the Black Friday price to our account once it drops. There was no cash discount, so we took the 0% financing.
In and out fast. Just give people what they want.
Most on-farm trials don't fail because of the product. They fail because of no structure and no follow-through.
The checklist every one of our trials runs through at a high level, protocol to report:
✅ Protocol set (one question, not five)
✅ Growers recruited
✅ Applied + documented
✅ Data collected, cleaned, standardized
✅ In-season field visits
🟩 Harvest data (where we are right now)
🟩 Analysis + results back to the grower
Had my AI agent check all 1,358 accounts I follow on X.
328 haven't posted in 18+ months. One last posted in Dec 2014.
RIP to a lot of old #AgTwitter accounts. Y'all were the good days.
How many dead accounts are you still following?
Ready to kill these stink bugs and mosquitoes.
A BIG SHOT OF COLD AIR IS IN PLACE 🥶
A large area of cold air has settled in from the southern Plains all the way into the Great Lakes, bringing an early taste of winter to a large portion of the country.
Freeze Warnings stretch nearly 1,200 miles across the heart of the United States, highlighting just how expansive this surge of cold air is.
Meanwhile, Frost Advisories and Freeze Watches are in effect across portions of the eastern United States as temperatures drop well into the 30s.
It’s a chilly night ahead for much of the region, with widespread frost and freeze concerns continuing into Saturday morning. 🍂❄️ #INwx #ILwx #IAwx #freeze #AGwx
Their ability to keep this a secret until this demo is unreal.
Elon also low key admitted the importance of live, in person events in the age of AI / SI
And got the wheels back on the ground and passed the drive around the country block test. Got my little gas saver back.
✅torque converter replaced
✅new ball joints
The rate of improvement in SaaS tools from AI has been wild.
Features that used to take quarters are now shipping in weeks.
Which tool has surprised you the most?
I’m pretty sure the last thing you want is the federal government to have control over the very foundation of the food supply.
Control over seed genetics, market access, and policies is a huge red flag.

My daughter asked who the one actor I’d want to meet is.
Didn’t even hesitate — Morgan Freeman.
Who’s yours?
Success! Had some time today to work on getting this transmission out of the CRV.
The awkward shape made it a bit of a shit show getting it out but here we are.
I’m not sure what Honda does but every bolt came out with no issues on this 2008 🤯.
