Uses a well leveraged barrel with a short bat path to unload on this one into the morning fog for a 💣.
Projectable frame here at 6-foot-2 185-pounds and uses it well.

Couple of hits in this one, stays back and barrels a breaking ball for the first one. Then drives a fastball 91 EV for a double to the center field wall.

Auburn sweeps the season series against Georgia Tech, both game in nail-biting fashion.
Hats off to Christian Chatterton and that Tiger pitching staff:
Chatterton 4 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 6 K, 3 BB
Armstrong 2 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 3 K, 0 BB
Myers 2 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 4 K, 0 BB
Tilly 1 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 2 K, 1 BB
Auburn may have left 15 on base tonight but the guys on the mound picked them up, shutting out this Georgia Tech fire powered offense.
First game Georgia Tech has been shut out this season.

High Speed look at the FB from ‘26 RHP Pierce Quinn (MD)…
#PGShowdown @JC_Baseball_
Pierce Quinn (‘26 MD) tall lean frame with remaining projection. Loose arm that produced cutting heaters up to 92. Breaker has room for improvement but has the late depth to miss barrels when executed. @UVABaseball commit. #PGShowdown
