I can’t tell you how honored I am to be named on the list of Top 50 Women Leaders in Utah for 2022. The women on this list are strong, inspirational, and break glass ceilings before breakfast.

Quarter-sized hail just shredded my daughter’s garden she’s been working so hard to maintain all summer. Cucumbers, squash, zucchini, melons, the entire herb garden. Gone in minutes. The houses around us are wearing the shredded leaves after that flash flood.

Remember that if all you have to give is 10%, and you give all 10%, you are, in fact, giving 100%.
I know you’ve been struggling. I’m glad you are giving yourself a bit of grace.
ALT Showing up daily. What we think it means: 100% full everyday. What it actually means: some times full, sometimes nearly empty, sometimes all the spaces in between.
You know, it has been a minute. I've been rocking the Engineering Manager role. Maybe its time I start tweeting about it, again.

Happy birthday to the late Elijah McCoy! He invented a superior automatic oiling system for steam locomotives which allowed them to operate longer without the need to stop.
His invention was the origin of the phrase "The Real McCoy" when people wanted his superior products!

Here's the split on Sessionize for CFP talks submitted to @ChainReactConf so far. (There's a week left -- go submit if you want to speak!)
I think this is a decent split, but I'd like a few more advanced talks.

I was reading this book completely unrelated to productivity, and the author said (paraphrased)
“This felt hard, so I asked myself what I could do towards my goal that felt easy, and did that instead”
It’s been haunting my thoughts ever since.
