Anyone who gets mad at Deonte Banks for turning down a 15 APY deal is simply a retard
The Giants were unable to get a contract extension done with CB Deonte Banks, per @BreakingBigBlue.
They reportedly offered Banks a deal similar to what Greg Newsome just signed with the Giants.
Banks is set to hit free agency next offseason and if the two parties fail to reach a deal by then, the Giants could utilize the franchise tag on him.
