A Sudesh creation! My take on the pani puri but without the pani ! I filled these gol gappe puris with my chickpea curry, sweet natural yoghurt, tamarind chutney & tamarind sauce. A beautiful canapé leaving you wanting a few more!😋 #WorldFoodWeek #epsom #cookinglessons

Summer eating with a warm cauliflower & potato curry served on a bed of lambs lettuce and rye bread with sour cream. Delicious piled high with cherry tomatoes, spring onions and a softly boiled quails egg with sprinkles of toasted cumin seeds #vegetarian
