PM Narendra Modi is also a pure vegetarian, and at 75, he is so fit that he looks barely 55.
People can keep mocking vegetarian food for supposedly lacking protein while glorifying non-veg, but the irony is that a vegetarian diet can support a healthy, long life. Maybe it’s time to rethink what people are actually putting on their plates.
