They slapped me with a £4,000 “empty property premium”, taking my annual bill to £7,800! I wrote to ask where they got their information from, what evidence they relied on, and under what legal authority they imposed such a ridiculous charge? Immediately they cancelled the fine.

There’s a kit which I require for a service which I provide for my business, so far I have managed without this kit that only cost £450. Which is impressive considering I have made over £150k+ without it. But today I managed to grab it for £115 and I am over the moon 😂
