🏆ESEA League Season 58: Asia Playoffs 🆚 Ravens 🕓2026.09.10 20:30 KST #ataks

@FACEIT_Darwin Hello, We are team Ataks, participating in the ESEA League Season 58 Asia Playoffs. We are contacting you regarding an Identity Verification (IDV) issue for our playoff player, beele. Our player beele previously used a FACEIT account with the nickname porfa. To transfer his IDV to a new account, he strictly followed FACEIT policy by requesting account deletion and waiting out the full 6-month cooldown period. After completing the 6-month play ban, he began using his new account (beele) on August 8th of this year—the exact date he became eligible to play again. Since then, he has been participating in ESEA matches and FACEIT PUGs using this new account. You can verify that he fully complied with the 6-month rule by checking our team's ESEA match logs prior to August 8th (where we utilized a 6-man roster), as well as confirming that his new account had no match history during the cooldown period. Additionally, in a previous support inquiry, he was informed that once the 6-month period passed, he could resume playing without needing to submit another request. However, as we advanced to the Playoffs, an IDV-verified account became required. When beele attempted to register his IDV on his new account, he received an error stating that his identity is still linked to another account, preventing him from completing verification. Our next ESEA Playoff match is scheduled for tomorrow, so this issue is extremely urgent for our team. Could you please assist us in resolving this IDV link so he can verify his current account? (Note: Submitting automated support tickets has only resulted in repetitive bot responses without a solution, which is why we are reaching out directly.) Thank you for your time and urgent assistance. Best regards, Team Ataks attach his new/old acc link (porfa -> beele) faceit.com/ko/players/beele faceit.com/ko/players/porfa
