Easy-peasy, right? 😁 Surprised at how few custom study developers for Sierra Chart have updated their studies in a timely manner since Sierra released its new version on Sunday.

New: ARM64 builds (untested, feedback welcome). Still on an older Sierra Chart? A 2911 build is included.

If your custom studies broke on Sierra Chart v2971+ (released Oct 11), the developer simply needs to recompile for the float→double change in chart data arrays.
Sierra has long supported version-specific download rules (All / Specific / ≥ / ≤). There is no technical or cost reason a developer can’t ship both an older float DLL and a new double DLL.
If they haven’t, they’re either not paying attention to Sierra’s changes, or they aren’t treating this as a serious ongoing product. Ask them for the updated build - or move on to developers who already have it. #sierrachart
Sierra Chart finally made their work on transitioning from float to double their main release. This breaks all studies not compiled against latest version. A bunch of old abandoned studies with no current development support just stopped working once people update Sierra (older versions will still work as long as Sierra supports the prior protocols for market data). #sierrachart
