6.8m ksh for 90m2 ? It's way off the market! With local materials - Bricks, Blocks, Etc, this budget is enough till furnishing and still have some change . Wooden houses have specific clientele it's all I can say!

Thank you, Kenya πŸ‡°πŸ‡ͺ Successfully handed over to the owner. This is like completing house number 2 in Kenya, and we are pre-fabricating more. It's really inspiring to see that Uganda and Kenya are now leading in biobased building. There is still no house as beautiful as this anywhere in the country.
