I really made $400,000 last year selling info and i didn't even make a course. Here's how in 6 steps: 1. Find someone selling a course already. 2. Tell them you're better at X than them 3. Promise them results(extra 5-10k in revenue for them) 4. take all their material and use AI+VA's to fluff the fuck out of it and turn into case studies + engagement guides. 5. add a link in bio + affiliate link 6. post 2-5 times a day and have a va do that shit repeat this with like 5 other people and you could 5-10k a month. but you wont, cause you dont know what i know. obviously there is more details to share if u want the PDF + full bootcamp guide on how, comment "WHOP" and i'll send. I got a $70,000 sale unexpectedly while taking a shit. I’m not even joking .... Honestly in 2026 it’s way too easy to make money online 1. you can use AI to generate 300 posts in 15 minutes 2. you can get millions of views without spending a penny on ads 3. you can put words in a document and sell it 1000x for $50+ each 4. you can hire workers for $2.50/hr from India 100 years ago you needed your life savings just to START a business today you can start for free on your iPhone in seconds - Have Claude AI to gather top 300 viral tweets in your niche that already got 100K+ views each - Tell Claude to rewrite the post in same format/template - Worst case scenario, only 5% of those posts go viral - And you’re still doing 500K views per week (conservative) - If only 0.01% of people buy that’s 50 sales - Sell a 250 page AI generated ebook for $100 each - That’s literally $5K at 100% margins - Once you Make $5K with one twitter account, make 3 or 5 more accounts to 3-5x sales. - No paid ads. No face shown. Takes max 5 hours per week - This might so stupidly simple and fake but in retrospect, all businesses are so simple once you fully understand it and 99.9% have never even tried. - There are literally 17 and 68 year olds making $30K+ per month - So why can’t you?? Oh it’s because you don’t the exact steps of how to do it. If you want the exact steps, I've decided to LEAK the full recording of my $15M+ LIVE 21 X Accounts Case Study printing $30K+ per month EACH for FREE for the next 24 hours 90 minutes VIP COURSE. usually $3K+ to access. what's inside: → how I made $100K from ONE X post in 10 minutes for my friend Michael → 7 case studies of accounts doing $100K per month each on X → how Parker did $570K in 3 months with one X account → why accounts with 6.5M followers make LESS than mine with 13K views → the DM automation software sending 1000+ messages daily for free (send link to purchase ebook) → the copywriting crash course formula turning comments into $10K–$100K sales → a 3 month gameplan for you : how to choose a product to sell, how to make tweets that generate millions of views and convert to $10K/mo DELETING IN 24 HOURS comment "X" and I'll DM it to you **must be following + retweet to receive**

If I was FORCED to make $20K/month selling ebooks online with AI in 30 days, starting from 0, here's exactly what I would do in 20 steps: Days 1–3: Build the content machine with AI 1. Find the #1 creator in a profitable niche (ecom, fitness, finance, dating) 2. Scrape their top 100 posts — already proven to get views 3. Feed them into AI and generate 300 posts in your voice in under 15 minutes 4. AI schedules 5–10 posts/day automatically via TweetHunter 5. At 7 posts/day that's 210 posts in 30 days. Even if only 2% go viral, that's 4 viral posts. One viral post = 50K–200K impressions minimum Days 4–7: AI builds your product in 48 hours 6. Prompt AI to write a 80–120 page ebook on your niche in under an hour 7. AI designs the cover, formats the pages, exports as PDF 8. AI writes the entire sales page and checkout page copy 9. AI builds your Whop or Gumroad store in 30 minutes 10. Price it $197–$497. Total cost to create: $0. Total time: 2 days. Days 8–20: AI runs the entire sales machine 11. TweetHunter's AI auto-DMs fire to every liker and commenter 24/7 while you sleep 12. AI writes the DM sequence : free lead magnet offer, follow up, pitch 13. AI generated the lead magnet too (short ebook or checklist, built in 20 minutes) 14. AI wrote every email in your follow-up sequence 15. Example: 1 post gets 500 comments → AI sends 500 DMs instantly → 150 click the free magnet → 8 buy your $297 ebook = $2,376 from one post, fully automated Days 21–30: AI scales what's working 16. AI identifies your top performing posts and generates 10 variations of each 17. AI writes a second upsell ebook at $497–$997 in 15 minutes 18. AI handles objections in DMs automatically 19. You're not doing anything manually at this point The conservative math: > 200 AI-sent DMs per day × 30 days = 6,000 DMs > 50% click AI-generated free lead magnet = 3000 leads > 1.5% buy $297 AI-built ebook = 45 sales * 25% take $497 AI-written upsell = 11 upsells * Total: $13,365 + $5,467 = $18,832 in 30 days That's the floor. One viral post can do $5K–$10K in 24 hours alone. Every product — AI. Every post — AI. Every DM — AI. Every sales page — AI. Every follow up — AI. Just set it once and collect. Comment "X" and I'll send you the full system.

If I had to make $10,000 in the next 48 hours, starting from zero, here's exactly what I'd do : Step 1: Open eBay, StockX, StubHub, and Whatnot right now — spend 60 minutes finding what's selling fast and at what price today Step 2: Identify your category — event tickets, limited edition sneakers, trending gadgets, or local marketplace arbitrage — pick one and go deep Step 3: Search sold listings on eBay for the last 7 days: this shows you exactly what the market is actually paying, not what people are asking Step 4: Find the same item listed cheap on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, or OfferUp within 10 miles of you Step 5: Verify the gap — if it's selling for $800 on StockX and listed locally for $200, that's your target. You need at minimum a $300-$500 profit margin per flip. Step 6: Message every single local listing immediately — the person who reaches out first wins 80% of the time Step 7: Negotiate hard — offer 30-40% below their asking price — most sellers haven't researched true market value and will accept it Step 8: That research gap between what they think it's worth and what the market actually pays is your entire profit margin: protect it Step 9: Buy it. Pick it up same day. Cash moves fastest and wins negotiations every time. Step 10: List immediately on every resale platform simultaneously — eBay, StockX, StubHub, OfferUp, all of them at once — more platforms equals faster sale Step 11: Price it at market value, not above, not below, you want it gone within hours not days Step 12: Respond to every buyer message within 5 minutes: sellers who respond fastest close 3x more deals than those who wait Step 13: To hit $10K you need roughly 20 flips at $500 profit each — or 5 flips at $2,000 profit each — event tickets and sneakers get you there fastest Step 14: Reinvest every dollar immediately — flip $200 into $700, flip $700 into $1,500, keep compounding every single hour of the 48 Step 15: This is not luck. Luck is buying a lottery ticket. This is speed plus research plus execution. The underpriced asset is sitting on someone's Facebook Marketplace right now: go find it before someone else does. But if you’re interested in making more even more money with ecommerce, Like this post and I'll send you the full playbook that took me to $260M in 6 years.

I made $260M exiting Hiya Health in 2024. But if I had to pick only 1 thing to focus on for the next 5 years it would be this: Distribution. Not product. Not operations. Not fundraising. Distribution. Here's why: We built Hiya to $103M in annual revenue with zero venture capital and zero retail presence for 4 years. You know what made that possible? We owned our distribution channel completely. Every subscriber was ours. Every email. Every text. Every relationship. No Amazon taking our customer data. No retailer owning the shelf. No algorithm deciding who sees our brand. We controlled the conversation end to end. And that control was worth more than any product improvement we ever made. Here's what I know now that I didn't fully appreciate then: The person with the largest trusted audience wins. Every single time. It doesn't matter how good your product is. It doesn't matter how clean your unit economics are. It doesn't matter how experienced your team is. If nobody knows you exist, then none of it matters. Distribution is leverage. A personal brand online is leverage. 100,000 people who trust you is leverage. 1,000,000 people who follow you is leverage. I've built two 9-figure companies. The next chapter isn't about building a better product. It's about building the largest, most trusted distribution channel I possibly can. Because whoever reaches the most people with the most trust wins the next decade. Build your audience like your business depends on it.

My name is Adam Gillman. I exited Hiya Health for $260M in 2024 at 39 years old. – 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞'𝐬 𝐦𝐲 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 : I grew up watching my parents build businesses from nothing. My father. My uncle. Entrepreneurs their entire adult lives. That was my normal. So when I got to USC in LA I wasn't thinking about getting a job. I was thinking about building something big. My first real swing came in my early 20s. I joined a company called GoLive Mobile as Chief Marketing Officer. We became the #1 fastest growing media company in America. $250M in revenue. $100M in earnings. 1000x return for shareholders. I was in my 20s. I learned everything. How to scale. How to market at volume. How to build a team. How to move fast. Then the smartphone era disrupted everything and the industry changed overnight. So I went and built something new. A fitness brand with my wife Lara — CycleHouse — one of the leading indoor cycling chains in Southern California. Then I went deep into cannabis. Built F/ELD — an ultra-premium California brand. Raised $6M. Sold it. Each venture taught me something the next one needed. Then in 2018 something changed everything. I became a father. I was giving my two boys their morning vitamins. I read the label. 2 teaspoons of sugar per serving. In a product designed to make children healthy. I thought: this is garbage. There has to be something better. A few days later my co-founder Darren called me with the exact same thought. We met on a bench in Los Angeles. Drank coffee. And decided to fix it. The problem was obvious: The children's vitamin industry was optimizing for compliance — getting kids to take the product — instead of what was actually healthy. Sugar disguised as wellness. Cartoon characters on jars full of synthetic fillers. Every product on the market was an adult brand that slapped a kids label on something they already made. Nobody was building for children first. Nobody was speaking to the millennial parent who thought about health differently than the generation before them. So we did. We called it Hiya. Zero sugar. Zero synthetic fillers. 15 essential vitamins and minerals in a sugar-free chewable tablet. Formulated by pediatricians and nutritionists. Designed for children. Trusted by parents. We launched March 11 2020. The same day the WHO declared COVID-19 a global pandemic. We thought it was over before it started. It wasn't. We bootstrapped the entire thing. $0 venture capital. Ever. 4 years later: → $103M in annual revenue → 200,000+ subscribers → #1 children's wellness brand in America → 50% year over year growth → Acquired by USANA Health Sciences for $260M Here's what I believe: The best businesses are built by frustrated customers — not market researchers. Sustainable unit economics matter more than growth at any cost. Retention beats acquisition every single time. Distribution is everything : own your customer relationship completely. Time rewards those who stay consistent when everyone else gets bored. And you don't need to prove anything to anyone. Just build something real and let the scoreboard speak for itself. That's what I post about here. Every day I share the frameworks, lessons, and hard-won insights from building two 9-figure companies, so you don't have to learn them the hard way. If you're building something big and real — follow along my journey.

I grew a business from $0 to $260M exit in 6 years with zero VC, zero retail, and zero experience in the industry. Here’s how I did it in 30 steps: 1. Start with a problem you personally hate. We didn't find Hiya in a market report. I read the label on my kids' vitamins one morning and saw 2 teaspoons of sugar per serving. The average kids vitamin had as much sugar as a piece of chocolate cake. That frustration became a $260M company. 2. Understand your market size before you build. The US children's vitamin and supplement market was valued at $900M when we started. Expected to reach $1.4B by 2029. We weren't guessing there was opportunity. We knew exactly how big the ceiling was. 3. Find a co-founder who's already won with you. Darren and I had already built GoLive Mobile together — $250M in revenue, $100M in earnings, 1000x return for shareholders. We didn't start Hiya as strangers taking a leap of faith. We had 7 years of proof we worked together. 4. Spend at least 12 months on product before launch. We spent over a year mapping formulation, finding manufacturers, working with pediatricians and nutritionists before a single bottle shipped. Most founders spend 4-6 weeks. We spent 52+. That's why our product worked from day one. 5. Validate with experts not just instincts. We assembled a team of pediatricians, nutritionists, dentists, scientists and parents to formulate our product. Not 1 expert. Not 2. A full network. The result was 15 essential vitamins and minerals in a single chewable with 0 grams of sugar. 6. Outsiders redesign systems. Insiders optimize within them. We had 0 years of experience in children's health. That was our advantage. We questioned every industry default — sugar levels, gummy formats, synthetic fillers. Experts couldn't see what we saw because they were too deep in the system. 7. Your consumer and your customer are not always the same person. Our consumer was the child. Our customer was the parent. 100% of our marketing was aimed at parents while 100% of our product experience was designed for kids. Most competitors solved for 1. We solved for both simultaneously. 8. Launch on the worst possible day and keep going anyway. We launched March 11 2020. The exact same day WHO declared COVID-19 a global pandemic. We thought it was over before it started. It wasn't. We hit $103M in annual revenue 4 years later. 9. Price is a signal of quality. We priced at a premium from day one — roughly $30/month per child. Above every competitor in the category. Not because we were greedy. Because $10 signals $10 quality. "Approachable luxury" — premium enough to signal trust, low enough that households making under $75K annually could still afford it. And they did. That demographic became our largest customer segment. 10. Never change your price. Change your value. Our price has never changed in 5+ years. Costs increased significantly — especially during COVID supply chain chaos. We absorbed every dollar of that by growing volume, improving retention, and expanding our product line instead of passing costs to customers and losing their trust. 11. Commit to 100% subscription from day one. Not a subscription option. 100% subscription only. No one-time purchases. No Amazon storefront. No retail shelf. Pure recurring revenue from the first day. This single decision defined our entire business model and cash flow trajectory. 12. Offer 50% off the first month. Never change it. We've tested every possible variation of this offer over 5 years. 50% off month 1 has been the highest performer every single time. The goal isn't margin on month 1. The goal is getting the right customer in the door so months 2 through 24 can compound. 13. Solve the cash flow paradox before it solves you. 50% off month 1 + bootstrapped growth = brutal cash flow problem. The faster we grew the more cash negative we became. Every 1,000 new customers we signed up created a cash hole that took months to fill. We raised $0 from VCs so we had to get creative with debt financing. Some partners were horrific. Some were great. Find them before you need them. 14. Text every single new customer personally within 24 hours. We built an entire vitamin concierge team. Every new subscriber — whether we had 100 customers or 100,000 — received a personal text from a real human introducing themselves and offering help. Not a bot. Not an automated sequence. A real person. That 1 decision shaped our entire retention curve. 15. Let customers customize down to individual units. Parents could text us "my son only likes the green ones." We'd ship custom ratios — 47 green, 37 yellow, 0 red per monthly shipment. Raised our costs slightly. Created a competitive moat that billion dollar companies like Unilever and P&G could never replicate. Drove a tangible measurable lift in both retention and brand sentiment. 16. Iterate relentlessly on your core product. We launched 1 multivitamin in March 2020. We are now on the 8th iteration of that same product. 8 rounds of improvements based purely on customer feedback. We changed flavor profiles, ingredient ratios, and texture based on what the data told us. Never stop improving what's already working. 17. Build your brand for 2 audiences simultaneously. Our packaging had to make a parent want to put it on their kitchen counter AND make a child excited to take their vitamin. We made a reusable glass bottle with stickers kids could decorate. Parents Instagrammed it. Kids personalized it. 1 product, 2 emotional hooks, zero sugar. 18. Insource fulfillment until scale makes it impossible. We ran our own warehouse operations in the early days. Complete control over every touchpoint. It enabled the customization. It enabled the quality control. Eventually when we reached a scale where the warehouse was becoming its own full business we outsourced the majority. But those early years of full control were invaluable. 19. Don't launch product 2 until product 1 is undeniable. We waited 2.5 years — approximately 30 months — before launching our probiotic as our second product. Not because we lacked confidence. Because we wanted 30 months of data, customer feedback, and retention proof before we risked our brand reputation on something new. 20. Survey customers before formulation begins. Every new product in our lineup was validated by existing customers before we spent $1 on development. We asked parents directly what problem they wanted us to solve next. They told us probiotics. We made probiotics. We knew it wouldn't fail before we made it. Today more than 50% of our customers purchase more than 1 Hiya product every single month. 21. Educate before you sell. Always. Our social and email strategy was 80% education, 20% promotion. We explained ingredients we DON'T use and why. We talked about what's wrong with kids nutrition in America. We gave parents information that had nothing to do with buying Hiya. The result was customers who trusted us as an expert advisor not just a brand they bought from. 22. Build a team with near zero turnover. In our entire existence as a company we lost approximately 2 employees voluntarily. 2. In a period where most DTC startups had 40-60% annual turnover. We did that by hiring the absolute best people in every discipline, never micromanaging, and building a culture around shared values not fear. 23. Vulnerability is the most underrated leadership trait. When we made mistakes we said so internally immediately. When we didn't know something we admitted it publicly to the team. When we entered retail — something we knew nothing about — we said so clearly. That honesty created a culture where people felt safe enough to do their best work. 24. Know your gaps before your gaps know you. We knew nothing about international expansion. USANA does 90%+ of their business internationally across 24+ countries. We knew nothing about large scale manufacturing optimization. USANA has been doing it for 30+ years. We picked our acquirer based on who filled our exact gaps. Not who offered the most money. 25. Never raise institutional capital if you can avoid it. Total outside capital raised over our entire existence: a few hundred thousand dollars from friends and family in 2020. That's it. No Series A. No Series B. No VC board. No dilution. $0 institutional capital → $103M annual revenue → $260M acquisition. Founders retained virtually all equity going into the exit. 26. A profitable company negotiates from strength. At the time we began exploring acquisition we were already highly profitable. $19M net income on $103M revenue — roughly 19% net margin. We did not need to sell. That single fact changed every conversation we had with potential acquirers. Never sell from desperation. Build something that doesn't need to be sold. 27. The subscription cash flow trap will suffocate you if you're not ready. This is the thing nobody in DTC talks about honestly. Growing fast with a discounted first month means every new customer cohort creates a cash hole. Sign up 10,000 new customers in a month at 50% off and you're immediately deeply cash negative even though your business is fundamentally healthy. Plan for this or it will kill you when you're winning. 28. Pick your acquirer like you pick your co-founder. We met with many potential buyers. We knew USANA was the right partner after our 2nd meeting. Not because of their offer. Because they wanted to learn FROM us not impose their will ON us. Post acquisition my day to day changed by approximately a few phone calls per week. That's it. Culture fit in an acquisition matters more than price. 29. Time is the only thing that can't be negotiated. Compounding only works with patience. The first 6 months of Hiya almost nothing worked. Month 7 we started finding our stride. By year 2 we were growing 50% year over year. By year 4 we were the #1 children's wellness brand in America. You cannot accelerate compounding. You can only show up every single day. 30. Let the scoreboard speak for itself. We never chased press. Never sought validation. Never announced funding rounds because we had none to announce. We just built. $0 raised. $103M revenue. $260M exit. 200,000+ families trusting us with their children's health. Zero VC. Zero regrets. 7 random kids in Los Angeles California made $65 million dollars last year selling AI generated ebooks no employees. no office. no college degree between them they forced Claude AI to generate and make 300 posts in 45 seconds, every single day, getting 15M+ organic views per week off of a $30/monthly tweethunter subscription (15M views normally costs $75,000 to $225,000 with paid ads) the largest competitor in their space employs 1,300 people to do the same thing for $450 million (Agora Publishing) here's exactly how a regular person with a laptop becomes one of those 7 operators. the whole thing runs on just 6 moves. nothing about it is hard. the only reason 99% of you reading this won't do it is the same reason 99% of people don't take any action. they think it's too late. they think it's too obvious. they think organic social media is dead STEP 1 : Pick 15 offers doing $500K MRR already ask Claude AI to find top 15 sellers on whop doing $1M+ months. ecom operators, agency owners, coaches, freelancers. anyone who already has something selling and needs more eyeballs (affiliate method) STEP 2 : build the AI content engine use AI to generate 300 posts in 15 minutes. not 300 shitty posts. instead, have Claude AI scrape and gather top 300 viral posts on X right now. Force it to learn and find patterns. Make 300 variations of the hooks, frameworks, and angles that are already proven to work in your niche the research is the work. the generation is automated STEP 3 : Automate Sales while you sleep post 3-5x per day across dozens of accounts. every commenter, every liker gets an automated DM with the link to buy. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, while you sleep even if only 0.5% of people who likes makes a purchase, you can easily do $3000+ per day STEP 4 : Psyop the audience leads flow into a Discord, email newsletter, or Telegram community automatically to nurture and make them more interested (if needed) let those pre-sell so they buy without ever talking to you. the content did the convincing STEP 5 : watch $500 ebook sales notifications roll in anywhere between tiny $200 ebook sales. all the way to $5K-$15K offers. watch sales notifications pop up on your phone. Turn off the ringer if it gets too frequent or annoying. STEP 6 : scale to 10M+ views per week by hiring 10 high schoolers (DO NOT pay them a salary) teach them the AI post generation method and let them do all the work to get 10M+ views for you every week. You don't pay them. They pay you. And they keep a tiny 20% profit split. You keep the rest of their hard earned money. 7 people in LA are doing exactly this right now. it's not a secret. the workflow is documented. the tools are public. the system is repeatable. the only reason most of you reading this won't do it is because you think it's too late. But in actuality, there will probably be 300+ people doing this by the end of 2026. Then for sure you will be late. but now is the best time to start. you think you need a big following first (the automation builds the following for you) I run this system myself and I've installed it for operators across multiple niches if you want the full breakdown — AI content setup, TweetHunter automation, DM funnel, Discord community build, offer structure, sales call framework comment "X" below and I'll send it to you ** must be following + retweet to get

You probably think you need a 750+ credit score and a business already making money to get funding. Unfortunately, that’s what the bank WANTS you to think. The truth is, the bank is only checking 3 things when it comes to approving you for credit... 1. Personal credit cleaned up and optimized — score above 700, utilization under 10%, zero negatives 2. Business structured the right way — right industry, right address, right banking relationship built before applying 3. Applied at the right banks, in the right order, through a relationship manager — not a cold online application I’ve helped a bakery owner, a real estate investor, and a medical company founder all get approved for $50K–$150k in business funding at 0% interest. None of them had an established business. None of them were already making money. They just followed my 3 step framework. . The banks aren’t looking for a perfect business. They’re looking for a fundable person. I broke the entire 3 step framework down step by step in a free video. Comment “FRAMEWORK” below and I’ll send you the video I personally made👇

I created 5000 AI bots to completely decode the X algorithm. Here's what I found : The X algo has 4 main components: • Home Mixer (orchestrates everything) • Thunder (stores posts from people you follow) • Phoenix (the AI that scores and ranks everything) • Candidate Pipeline (the framework connecting it all) Here's how they work together: Every time someone opens X, the algo builds a pool of ~1,500 posts to even consider showing them. 500 million posts created daily. Narrowed to 1,500 per user in under 200ms. If your post doesn't make the candidate pool, it gets a score of zero. Nobody sees it. Ever. Your follower count does absolutely nothing. Buried in the codebase: author_followers_count is pulled for display only. Not fed into any scorer. Anywhere. 100K followers = 1K followers in Phoenix's eyes. What travels with your post is a PREDICTED engagement score based on your recent history. This is the most important thing I found. It's called the Prediction Trap. Before your post reaches a single person, Phoenix scores it across 19 signals and assigns reach based on that prediction. Phoenix predicts low engagement → shows it to fewer people → fewer people = fewer chances for engagement → prediction validates itself → post gets buried Phoenix predicts high engagement → bigger test group → more engagement → prediction validates itself → post gets pushed further The algorithm creates the outcome it predicted. The 19 signals Phoenix predicts (ranked by importance): 1. Reply rate — 10/10 (hardest to fake, weighted heaviest) 2. Dwell time — 9/10 (how long they pause, two separate signals) 3. Profile clicks — 8/10 (they want to know more about you) 4. Bookmarks — 8/10 (saved = genuinely valuable) 5. Likes — 3/10 (cheapest signal, barely moves the needle) One block = -3.0 One like = +0.5 A single block wipes out 6 likes worth of positive signal. The scoring formula: Final Score = Σ (weight × probability of each action) Positive actions → positive weights Negative actions → negative weights Nobody outside X knows the actual weights. But the architecture is confirmed from the public codebase. Your recent posting history sets the baseline prediction for every future post. This is the part that destroys most accounts. If your last 10 posts averaged 0.3% reply rate, Phoenix predicts your next post will also perform poorly and distributes accordingly. Bad posts don't just die. They make your next post die too. The AuthorDiversityScorer applies exponential decay every time you appear in the same follower's feed session. Post 1 in their session → full score Post 2 → decayed Post 3 → decayed further More posts ≠ more reach The sweet spot is 2-3 posts per day with 4-6 hour gaps. Posts die after 48 hours. Hard stop. Thunder (X's in-memory post store) auto-trims every 2 minutes. Retention window: 48 hours. After that your post is gone from the candidate pool entirely. The idea that consistent posting lets older content keep circulating is wrong at the architecture level. You start from zero every 48 hours. Reposts of other people's work = 90% impression deduction on that post. Self-reposts = completely fine. The Bloom filter resets each session. A follower who hasn't opened X since this morning hasn't seen your earlier post in their current session. Self-repost reaches them fresh. Out-of-network reach is a mathematical process, not luck. Phoenix uses a Two-Tower Model: Tower 1 → encodes your engagement history into a taste fingerprint Tower 2 → encodes every post into a content fingerprint Phoenix then runs similarity search across millions of users. If your post's fingerprint matches someone's taste fingerprint, it enters their candidate pool even if they don't follow you. This is the viral mechanism. Niche consistency compounds this. An account that posts in one lane for 6 months builds a tight content vector Phoenix can reliably match to the right audiences. What to do: → Engineer reply triggers into every post → Post scene-setting stories with a question at the end → Space posts 4-6 hours apart → Self-repost your best content 12-24 hours later to hit new sessions → Recycle proven hooks — 48hr reset means new audiences each time → Track reply rate, new follows, bookmark rate per post — nothing else matters What to stop immediately: → Posting standalone links (near-zero reply rate poisons your Phoenix baseline) → Public "sent to your DMs" confirmation replies (each one is a dead post in your history) → Telegram/channel promotion posts as standalone feed posts → Posting vanity metrics with no story or question attached → Optimizing for impressions (vanity) or likes (weakest signal) → Posting 5+ times per day (you're decaying your own posts) The platform changed the rules completely. The habits that built audiences under the old algo are actively working against you under the new one. Consistency without reply-rate optimization is just feeding Phoenix bad data points. One post with 1.5% reply rate does more for your reach than twenty posts with 0.1%. Understand the system. Then work with it. This is how I consistently do millions of views across all X accounts daily. Not only views but more importantly , target high quality US audience so I can easily do $2K-15K sale with digital products everyday. (quality of views is more important than # of views) Want the full breakdown of every component including the GitHub repo secretly released by xAI? Reply "ALGO" and I'll send it to you. **must be following + retweet to receive it.
