I'm so sorry for everyone in the same boat as me. 72 hours no power or hot water. My request keeps getting assigned then unassigned- said it's resolved 3 times when it's not.. can't get anyone on the phone. Is this a nightmare.

Same here…73 hours no power, no hot water. All food spoiled. Eating out all meals. Finally got a hotel last night when we just couldn’t keep the house warm enough. Todays weather will help the warmth…sure hoping my NES bill is less than the $588 it was last month!
