Here's what his own probe found:
> The SIR final voter roll came out on April 10
> Between May 31 and Aug 29, 13,779 name-change entries (Form-8) were punched into the system
> Not a single Form-8 was found in the office records
> 10,470 of them were approved anyway, by two SDMs sitting as EROs
> The EPIC numbers and serial numbers stayed the same. Only the names were swapped
Think about it for a second.

SIR में इस्तेमाल software की जानकारी RTI में माँगी गई, तो चुनाव आयोग ने 'Trade Secrets' का हवाला देकर जवाब देने से ही इनकार कर दिया।
उत्तर प्रदेश में 16.18 लाख Form-6 आवेदनों का विवरण सार्वजनिक नहीं किया गया। पीलीभीत में 10,470 मतदाता रिकॉर्ड में अनियमितताएँ पकड़ी गईं। अब पूरे प्रदेश में Form 6, 7 और 8 की जाँच के आदेश देने को मजबूर होना पड़ा है।
BJP और चुनाव आयोग की मिलीभगत के ख़िलाफ़ INDIA गठबंधन की 3 प्रमुख माँगें स्पष्ट हैं -:
1. CEC ज्ञानेश कुमार इस्तीफ़ा दें और उन्हें संरक्षण देने वाला 2023 का कानून निरस्त हो।
2. SIR तत्काल रोका जाए। ग़ैरकानूनी ढंग से हटाए गए मतदाताओं के नाम बहाल हों।
3. सभी चुनाव पेपर बैलेट से कराए जाएँ।
यह केवल वोट बचाने की लड़ाई नहीं, संविधान और लोकतंत्र बचाने का जनसंघर्ष है।

कर्नाटक में SIR के बीच चुनाव आयोग का खेल
वोटर लिस्ट से किसी का नाम काटने के लिए फॉर्म-7 भरना होता है।
फॉर्म में नाम काटने की वजह भरनी जरूरी होती है, जैसे: वोटर की मौत हो गई, वोटर शिफ्ट हो गया या उसका नाम दो बार है.. यानी- बिना वजह बताए नाम नहीं काटा जा सकता।
लेकिन...
• SIR के दौरान खुद अधिकारियों ने 61 हजार से ज्यादा Form-7 भरे
• इनमें से एक भी आवेदन में नाम हटाने की वजह नहीं लिखी गई
जब अधिकारियों से पूछा गया तो उन्होंने बताया कि ये फॉर्म सिस्टम ने ऑटो-जेनरेट किए और जब वोटर सुनवाई में नहीं पहुंचे तो सिस्टम ने उनके डिजिटल साइन लगाकर वोटर्स को ineligible मार्क कर दिया।
इस मामले में अजीब बात यह है कि 👇
⦿ जब Claims और objection दर्ज कराने की डेडलाइन 23 सितंबर तक थी, तब अधिकारियों ने सिर्फ 192 फॉर्म भरे
⦿ मगर डेडलाइन के बाद 60,800 से ज्यादा फॉर्म भरे गए
⦿ Claims और objection के निपटारे के आखिरी दिन यानी 22 अक्टूबर के दिन 10,000 से ज्यादा फॉर्म भरे गए
ये दिखाता है कि कैसे चुनाव आयोग SIR के दौरान नियम-कानून की धज्जियां उड़ाकर लोगों से वोट का अधिकार छीन रहा है।
साफ है- चुनाव आयोग को हाइजैक कर, मोदी-ज्ञानेश जमकर 'वोट चोरी' कर रहे हैं।
लेकिन गद्दार ज्ञानू और उसके आका याद रखें कि कोई 'वोट चोर' बचेगा नहीं, सबका हिसाब होगा।

→ Not a single one mentions a reason. The law says an objection without a reason is liable to be rejected.
→ The officers named on these forms say the system "auto-generated" them with their digital signatures.
→ So the same machinery raised the objection, and the same machinery decided who stays.
→ Between Aug 24 and Sep 23, only 192 such forms were filed by officials.
→ Then, AFTER the objection period ended, more than 60,800 came in.
→ On the very last day, Oct 22, officials filed 10,105 forms.
→ Spot checks found names were already deleted, even for forms filed after the deadline.
→ It is unclear whether hearing notices, which are mandatory before deletion, were even issued.
Now connect the dots.
Officials say they didn't fill these forms. The "system" did, with their signatures.
Whose system is it? Election Commission's.
Who runs the Election Commission? Gyanesh Kumar.
So a software is allegedly deleting voters, in the name of officers, without a reason, after the deadline.
And nobody, not the voter, not the public, can check why.

Someone forges your signature on a cheque.
The bank says, "Don't worry, the system did it automatically."
