पिछले चुनाव से पहले अनुकंपा के आधार आर्टिकल 309 के तहत 6400 लिपिक और परिचारियों की बहाली हुई।
मुख्यमंत्री @NitishKumar और शिक्षा मंत्री @sunilkbv द्वारा इनको चुनाव के समय राज्यकर्मी का दर्जा देने का झांसा दिया गया था.
6 महीना के बाद इनको नियत वेतन का लॉलीपॉप थमा दिया गया. राज्य सरकार के शिक्षा विभाग ने संविधान के बनाए हुए नियम का धज्जियां उड़ा कर रख दिया है।
बताइए देश के किस राज्य में राज्यकर्मी को नियत वेतन मिलता है..? अधिकारी खुलेआम संविधान और नियमों का उल्लंघन कर रहे हैं।
