I am beyond thankful to be at this point in my life, and for the amazing friends I have made along the way.
Larger in depth review coming in a few days.

I bet they purposely said it to be misleading so they could get extra long.
If they face any sort of scrutiny they will just pay a small penalty years from now which will be nothing compared to the trade they’ve taken on this.
Never forget this. And our national debt is increasing exponentially.
FINANCIAL GRAVITY:
If we divide the performance of the S&P 500 by the Fed’s Balance Sheet since the GFC, the LINE IS FLAT.
This means that there has been basically NO REAL growth in stock prices since 2008- with the only rise in prices due to money printing.
The correlation coefficient between central bank quantitative easing and the price of stock indexes is nearly 1.
The money printed by the Fed, because of the structure of the Open Market Operations, is plugged directly into the Treasury markets, and from there, flows into equities and derivatives.
This has served to primarily enrich the asset owners, financial institutions, and wealthy elites who own the majority of the stock market anyways.
The entire rally has been an illusion, financed by the Fed and maintained through QE.
In the black expanse of space, many things are not what they seem.
The biggest fear I see right now for the overall market is “what if AI demand has slowed/stalled”
I’ve seen the charts of token pricing declining, certain models falling behind in specific metrics, and that Palantir CEO interview as drivers for this narrative
Why would AMZN META announce additional massive investment if they were seeing any sort of slowdown in demand behind doors.
Just doesn’t make sense. Bullish big tech earnings end of month and bullish AI supply chain stocks
I’m buying the dip
Seeing this video circulating everywhere and nobody challenging what Karp is saying.
"That frontier labs produce durable, defensible value that justifies infinite compute spend.
But Karp just told us that the customers do not believe that assumption anymore."
Karp is clearly a very smart guy but if CEO's and customers are unsatisfied with the product (tokens) like he claims then they can just- you know- stop paying for it, lol.
Butttttt they aren't. We are seeing deals weekly for compute (SPCX last week) and companies continue to share that they are demand constrained.
And Ricardo writes this piece as if the entire AI narrative is suddenly falling apart based on Karp's interview.
Pure FUD until customers stop paying for tokens.
teapaw.org/ric_rtp/status/2072403…
Palantir's CEO just exposed Sam Altman and Dario Amodei for robbing every Fortune 500 company.
Within two minutes, Alex Karp took the entire frontier AI industry apart on national television.
His exact words:
"Every single enterprise in this country, these people are LIVID. They are paying for tokens that create no value. These people are stealing the weights and alpha of my business."
He literally said the entire frontier AI business model is intellectual property extraction dressed up as a subscription.
Then he also destroyed the pricing model with a single question that Silicon Valley still refuses to answer:
"If it was so valuable, let's say I can make you $1 billion tomorrow. Wouldn't I say I'll make you $1 billion and I want 30 percent? Why are they charging for tokens if it's so valuable?"
That question breaks the industry.
If OpenAI and Anthropic's models truly delivered the productivity gains the labs claim, they would take equity or a share of the profit they generate. They would not sell access by the million tokens.
Token pricing is itself the CONFESSION that the product cannot produce reliable value at scale. If it did, they would price for the value. But they price for the compute because that is what they are actually selling.
Karp went even further...
He called the entire arrangement "a wealth tax that does not help the poor. It just punishes."
American businesses are transferring the alpha of their operations, meaning the workflows, the customer data, the strategy memos, the internal models that make them competitive, directly into the training pipelines of a handful of Silicon Valley labs. Once those labs retrain, the customer's own edge becomes the next enterprise product sold back to their competitors.
And the part the AI industry does not want anyone thinking about:
Every enterprise running its confidential documents, its customer conversations, and its financial models through a frontier model is potentially teaching that model HOW to replace them.
The vendor collects the token fee AND the compounding intelligence about that customer's business. That is the mechanism. And that is why Karp used the word "stealing."
He claims this is why every executive he meets is furious in private and silent in public. Nobody wants to be the CEO who called out the labs and then discovered their next competitor was built on their own leaked workflows.
The entire AI industry has been priced for perfection on one assumption:
That frontier labs produce durable, defensible value that justifies infinite compute spend.
But Karp just told us that the customers do not believe that assumption anymore. They believe they are being taxed without benefit, watched without consent, and copied without recourse.
The moment enterprises stop believing, the whole valuation stack shakes.
$RDDT clear leader of software recovery/rotation.
Top 6 website by active users but number 1 in most productive conversations to actually train top line models.
Still funny to see this classified as having “no” moat or a “narrow” moat.
Almost everyone i know has spent timing on Reddit deep researching topics like a niche injury, education, medicine, etc.
My largest position new ATH’s is first target.

This also sounds bullish for $RDDT which is the 6th most used website in the world with a market cap of just $25B.
There’s rumors floating that $RDDT would consider doing an exclusive data licensing deal with Gemini, OpenAI or Anthropic at a big premium.
I’ve heard $1B per year could be possible which sounds most likely for Google/Gemini (if it happens) and would likely come with a large strategic investment and/or warrants.
So tired of seeing these bs % return screenshots. Post some real pnl to show you’re not a LARP.
“Trading for 15 years”
46x since 2024 which would be 4.6mil on only $100k starting.
Do we think this guy had less than $100k in 2024 after 13 years of trading?
Has a Whop to sell.
My guess is he uses deposits to boost results to maintain track record and sell Whop.
Or he started with a tiny amount which is questionable after 13-15 years in the game.
+$150k since this post on the portfolio. +210k on the year.
MU 405 avg largest winner still have 3/4 (sold 1/4 630 today)
AAOI 88 avg second largest winner still have 1/3 (sold 2/3 147)
Just to update everyone on my trading these last 6 months:
After Schwab ban I primarily switched to shorting and initially found success in October +$40k and November +$20k. But December and January I had a -30k blowup on OCG stopping out dead top literally to the cent and this big loss led to me being emotional on the Silver trade in January and blowing up -100k trying to long the bounce before catching it for +60k and netting -40k on the trade. (most stressful day of my life for no good reason and was on vacation at the time)
I locked in for February but couldn't find much traction since I was too scared to keep my risk wide and add to losers. (which I believe are the only two ways to achieve real +EV shorting small caps)
So with about 5 months of shorting Sept-February I had +$80k to show for it with drawdowns of -30k twice and -100k once due to emotions of wider risk on normal trades.
Starting in March I decided that I simply don't possess the personality or conviction to properly short small caps the way it must be done profitably. I believe almost all of the majorly successful short sellers have taken massive account drawdowns and losses at one time or another. I do not like the stress of this style, and I do not have the conviction to hold short when I know I need to.
Because of this realization, I switched to longing large caps swing style with wide stops and high conviction in fundamentals. I longed SNDK and MU during the initial Iran selloff and then sold in afterhours of MU earnings locking in +$60K for the month of March.
This was the easiest money I had made in months and so I switched my approach entirely. I identified my favorite companies fundamentally and decided I would just buy these on pullbacks with wide stops and let the earnings growth and prevailing narrative do the work for me.
There is a bit more nuance and intuition involved but overall my approach has become that simple. It is far less stressful and much higher conviction for me. This allows me to put on way more size, hold wider stops comfortably, and properly hold winners for much larger gains.
Due to the good timing of the larger market selloff in April and subsequent giga recovery I was able to moderately capitalize (was not fully invested at lows so had to add some on the way up). I have since trimmed some of my leading winners and last week scaled very heavily into a couple newer positions. My goal moving forward will be to nail some of the rotations into different sectors and names but ultimately being patient and just trailing my winners for however long they want to go.
Moving forward, I will continue to day trade only the best opportunities I see such as CAR, but I will stay primarily focused on the swing/fundamental approach. I do personally believe we are in the early legs of a multi year AI bull market due to reasons I have discussed in prior posts and that belief is my underlying conviction for this swing/fundamental approach.
Feel free to ask any questions below, but I felt like updating everyone where my current trading is at considering I have no shared any PnL posts this year.
Cheers

Over 100 people joined the server and had 40 on the call today going over the portfolio.
A lot of you suggested good names for the watchlist to research this week and discuss on the next call.
I have been enjoying the long-term side of things a lot recently, so I will be hosting a call like this weekly or bi-weekly moving forward.

Thought experiment: Where do you put your money over the next 3-5 years?
-Can’t put money in US bonds anymore
-Can’t hold it as cash
-Gold and Silver just finished historic runs so isn’t the best choice yet
-Historic AI tech revolution is actually producing revenue unlike 2000 tech bubble
-Big tech forward p/e’s are still reasonable if not cheap
You’re left with stocks and crypto (maybe) as your only 2 choices for investments.
The reason volume and range on QQQ has been so low on this huge April rally is nobody wants to sell. Where can you even put your money if you sell?
Until a major crack in the AI narrative presents itself (it may not for years), this bull run will continue, and the people drawing comparisons to 2001 will be left behind.
If you disagree please drop a comment below.
Money supply has 3x'd since 2008 and federal debt has 4x'd in the same period.
S&P 500 return since 2008: 570%
Adjusted for inflation: 337%
A 250% bonus thanks to money printing...
1/3 of the entire money supply printed since 2020, and just under 1/2 of US debt in the same period.
The money printer is only accelerating and the budget does not have room to pay it down without slashing social security, military, or medicare massively. (will never happen)
We are officially in a positive feedback loop of money printing and inflating prior debt away.
Which means...that 250% bonus return to the S&P500 since 2008 will only be bigger and faster than before.
Bullish US stocks, RIP working class.
Not a criticism, but I do not understand 95% of this tweet

Few levels:
1. Create a Claude project, try and create a dashboard using all your data locally
2. ask Claude to walk you through all it would take and costs of adding infrastructure to it. Ask it about data providers, hosting, data storage, computations and how those moving parts interact with your dashboard should you want for it to be more professional.
3. Create a real hosted dashboard in website form with these above. Creates a data hub for all major things that make you better as a trader/investor. Data provider allow live data, historical data, insights and more.
4. scale it for masses, reduce time lag for loading times, create alerts that push to phone/discord and more, create automated proactive idea generation, guardrails…
Basically the path is from local to cloud based, followed by optimization and finally automation.
Goal being you only monitor and execute from there with most running in the background, monitored by Ai agents and easily adding new tools and ideas to expand the scope.
Software is becoming the death of value investors.
Whether AI makes these companies obsolete is still unknown, but there’s a reason these companies are trading so cheap.
Watching this next AI/Energy bull run take off while being stuck in IGV, MSFT, ADBE, PLTR is already an unpleasant experience for many.
Value Trap.
Wanted to share my long term US stock market conviction: (long yap opinion post)
During the 2022 bear market, I let myself be convinced that: high inflation, excessive monetary spending, and the historic speed of rate hikes would cause a prolonged bear market. I even believed that we could be entering a Japan Style stock market top, never to recover to new highs for 30 years.
I bought into the fear of US dollar losing its reserve currency status, (has not happened and no other major currency is even a close competitor/option for now), I thought democrat (Biden) policy of over-regulation and war on energy would cause a major recession (democrats in USA are still 10x better than the disaster of European regulation and energy nightmares, Europe is not an option for now), and plenty of other semi legitimate, but ultimately irrelevant macros fears
I realize now, that none of these fears matter in the grand scheme of my long term thesis. They simply will offer me an opportunity to buy current cycle and sector leaders at a discount and wait 1-3 years for the ensuing bull market to generate massive returns. (perfect example recent Iran war petro dollar US hegemony fears crisis blah blah blah ) HINT: its all noise AGAIN.
The real thesis is that inflation (2% target/year but real inflation probs more like 3-5% annually) and excessive US government monetary spending guarantee that the stock market will go higher. Even if real growth remains flat, or minimal, simply repricing stocks to reflect a newly inflated currency will be a constant upward pressure on prices. (in combination with the factors below)
As long as the United States continues to lead the world in innovation and the free-est, safest business markets, (its not Europe, not ME, and not China, HAS to be US for now) then the US stock market will continue to move higher long term. We are energy independent, we are food independent, we are geopolitically and militarily independent, and we have the easiest, least regulated, most liquid markets on top of the largest consumer base in the world. (once again not Europe, not ME, not China, its not even close in my opinion).
Simply put, the large structural forces behind the great economic success of the United States from 1950-2000s remain completely in place right now. There are some differences, but the US is still dominating across most fronts.
Additionally, the US is currently in position to massively dominate on the innovation frontier. AI, Space, Energy, Defense, Social Media, Robotics, Quantum. All sectors with large runways looking 5-10years + and the USA is once again home to most of the leading companies in those fields.
There will be pockets of innovation across the world, and other top countries often have a handful of companies that dominate a certain field, but the largest amount of the best companies remain centered in the United States, and the largest growth of new MEGA companies is currently happening in the United States. It is simply still the obvious best bet to headquarter your company in the United States, and I do not see any other countries in a similar position to challenge that right now. This alone generates massive conviction for me in investing the US markets for the foreseeable future.
Even if Oil prices rise again, the ceasefire ends with Iran, and the US economy slowed or even has a recession, these large structural factors remain in place and I would use this as an opportunity to buy more names and indexes are deeper discounts.
End.
