Unbelievable achievement by both Justin and Dylan going from undrafted to possibly playing together in the @NHL tonight for @DallasStars Both played at @sarumhockey and @GoNUmhockey and midget 18u for our program. Great kids who have overcome crazy odds and have earned this.

Matthew Mayich, a sophomore defenseman, is the player hospitalized. There was a virtual prayer service held today, shared on social media, in which Mayich’s cousin spoke. I didn’t want to share the player’s name before we were sure the player’s family was OK with it being shared.
This is terribly sad. Prayers to the player and everyone at ASU. I'm told that the team was participating in a team-bonding event when the player suddenly collapsed and was rushed to the hospital, where he remains hospitalized per @TheAthletic.

Justin Hryckowian on his effort/and the Dallas Stars’ performance in the playoffs.
“We didn't get the job done, so that sucks. Obviously, I think we all want to go on a run and win the thing. I think all the intentions were there. I think we did some good things, maybe, and but ultimately, you gotta preform and have some gotta have a big moments or a big play in a big time.
And felt like, you know, personally, I didn't deliver there and didn't hold up my end of the bargain.”
