🔥 3RD & 4TH GRADE FIRST Practice Tonight! TNT FAMILY! 🔥🏀 For the next 3 weeks, I’ll be spending time helping our 3rd and 4th grade groups with our install, teaching our system, and making sure they understand the little things the right way. Yes, I spend time with our older teams, but I also make it a priority to pour into our younger groups too. Every level matters. Every player matters. Every team matters. Tonight was an AMAZING practice. Our coaches did an incredible job teaching, correcting, encouraging, and being patient with these young players. At this age, it’s about so much more than plays and winning games. We’re teaching them how to listen, how to compete, how to communicate, how to be coached, and how to become great teammates. One thing we do with all of our TNT groups is circle up. We talk about what we learned, what we can improve on, and we make sure our players understand the importance of supporting one another. And tonight we even introduced them to the TNT breakdown chant! That might seem like a small thing, but that’s part of building our culture. From our 3rd and 4th graders all the way up through our older teams, we want our players to understand what it means to be part of something bigger than themselves. When somebody struggles, we encourage them. When somebody succeeds, we celebrate them. When somebody makes a mistake, we help them get better. These young players are learning early that TNT is more than basketball. We’re building habits, confidence, discipline, friendships, teamwork, and family. I’m thankful for our coaches who continue to pour into these kids, and I’m thankful for our families who trust us to help them grow. We always circle up. We always support each other. We always learn together. And now they know the TNT breakdown too! WE ARE TNT FAMILY! 🏀
