Add mint leaves and hibiscus grenadine to your glass and gently muddle. Next, add vodka (and lemon juice if you see fit). Fill glass with ice and float with club soda. Stir for 10-20 seconds.
Hold the mint sprig in one hand and slap with your other hand. Add sprig as garnish.

In honor of MiniBo’s final day here is a thread of MiniBo throughout the years. Originally opened in 1903 as Lawrence Bodegarelli’s Butchery and Grocery the shop specialized in steaks and cold cuts
In the 20s the store was converted to a raucous jazz club known for its wild nights. These parties inspired F Scott Fitzgerald to write The Great Gatsby. Here he and Zelda Fitzgerald are photographed outside the store on the spot where The Hoarding Marmot now stands
Today is the last day for our MiniBo location on Northern Lights. Pop in and say goodbye. Flagship store and Girdwood still open! And a new third location in the works!!! :)
Like I knew I only deal with beer once it’s bottled/canned but this loud mystery tube has really shown me I know next to nothing about the brewing process
