Chocolate is good for Ulster County!🍫 Congrats to @lagusta’s Luscious on plans for a 6K-ft expansion of its facility in New Paltz—home of the company’s handmade artisanal chocolate. ESD supported the woman-owned & operated biz with a $100K capital grant. on.ny.gov/3NxgexP
