Houston Lamar 4x400 Relay Back-to-Back State Champions…
How many 4x400 teams can run sub 3:10 two years in a row? (3:08.51) and (3:09.16)

People say there’s no secret workouts to make athletes fast
True the secret is the structure
Knowing WHEN to use a workout, what cycle the athlete is in, how fast, how much recovery, and when to push or back off
Anybody can copy workouts
Coaching is knowing how to apply them
