We were blessed to be able to host our Ribbon Cutting event at The Stable last night, and also unveil an exciting new mission for 2026 with the Talor @goochfoundation. To say we’re humbled and appreciative doesn’t really put it into words. We can quite literally see God’s hand in this place, watching lives already transformed at the Stable by the men that choose sobriety here. We see hope restored, identities reclaimed and souls feeling valued and worthy beyond what they’ve known in their addictions. Ally and I are passionate about legacy change and how this not only impacts the men here, but their children and grandchildren. It’s nothing short of divine intervention.
Thank you to Nitin for hosting this impactful night, and for your continued support of the work we do. Thank you also to @lancelang, Ally Lang and @HopeisAliveOk for being the catalyst and visionaries behind the Healing Center and the life-changing work taking place here. We can’t wait to share what’s next in 2026.

This part of my sit down with @CoachSark was my favorite...I appreciate his willingness to discuss his sobriety with me as I have my own journey in the space...It is the first thing we catch up on when we see each other and I'm grateful for it
Reflect on the profound impact of simply being there for someone during their toughest times. Discover how the presence of a supportive friend or mentor, like Pastor Marty Grubbs for the user, can provide immense comfort and reassurance, often more than words could ever convey.
Dive into the fascinating science behind how storytelling aligns the brainwaves of listeners with those of the storyteller, creating a deep, physical connection. Discover the unique power of your personal story to transcend mere words and profoundly impact and transform lives.
I find it crucial to ALWAY have something to look forward to. What are you looking forward to right now?
Is there someone in your life that could use some words of encouragement from you? Pick up the phone! Don't underestimate the power of remembering someone.
Your story can save a life! Your unique experiences can offer hope, support, and a sense of solidarity to others, demonstrating that every story not only matters but also has the potential to heal and inspire both the storyteller and the listener.
Hope is Alive fosters a sense of community and gratitude among those on their recovery journey. Giving back enhances personal and collective wellbeing, embodying the essence of a thriving recovery lifestyle.
You might have noticed that I stay fairly active. Why? ONE of the reasons I got sober in the first place was to experience something NEW! Something DIFFERENT! I wanted to experience A NEW LIFE!
In a life rooted in Jesus, hope never fades. His unwavering presence brings peace, love, and guidance through every challenge, spurring you on to face life's ups and downs with confidence.
In our old life it was all about us. In recovery it's all about showing GRATITUDE. We didn't do this alone, friends. Someone else got us there.
Amid distractions, don't quit your purpose. God continually renews and refills you with fresh ideas and visions. Embrace His guidance to overflow in freedom and fulfillment.
I recently celebrated 13 years sober by running a marathon...while every step I ran was a reminder of my incredible new life in sobriety, one word kept coming back to me...GRATITUDE.
When it comes to wanting more, I would encourage you all to live in FAITH and OBEDIENCE. Nobody can gaurantee success, but if you are feeling called to more, that is God calling you to your PURPOSE.
STOP AND THINK! Am I living in my purpose? Is God calling me to something else? Do I love what I'm doing? Do I feel like I'm having an eternal impact? Find your PURPOSE!
