#MIKEANDNICKANDNICKANDALICE: the new film from @bdgrabinski fucking rules. Balanced a tight rope of tones and genres to deliver the goods on action, comedy, and its full of heart. So many awesome needle drops, a fantastic ensemble with Vince Vaughn (X 2), James Marsden, Eiza González, Stephen Root, Jimmy Tatro, and more! The set pieces kick ass and man this was a blast with a @BeyondFest audience. 20th Studios continues to let filmmakers make dope films and when this one drops on @hulu on Friday, don’t miss it. Really fun time!

Fun fact: it was an overcast day, but we got the tallest crane possible and put the brightest light available on it. That way we got the flare, the backlight, AND an eyeline for the actor!

Zack came up with the CG cape idea on '300' in order to get maximum graceful flow when necessary (impractical to do every shot that way obvi). Same on 'Watchmen' and every film since. But considering the wire/stunt work for this shot, something tells me it's CG.

@larryfong the way the cape unfurls here is so smooth, stylistic and sexy, always catches my eye. Was this achieved with cgi or costume department engineering?
