We want to achieve this everywhere! Sweden has practically banned the mRNA vaccine shots (3). All of this ten days after the publication of our article (1) presenting the harms of mRNA vaccination based on medical biochemical and deuteronomic data, which was edited by one of the senior distinguished professors of the Translational Pharmacology Department of the Karolinska Institute. They provide support for the professional preparation of important governmental decisions and regulations!

5 Key Points from the Article
1) mmRNA vaccines replace ~50% of uridines with N1-methyl-pseudouridine, far exceeding the natural level of pseudouridine in human mRNA (only 0.2–0.6%).
2) Developers treated these heavy modifications as natural and safe, ignoring differences between coding mRNA and heavily modified non-coding RNAs like tRNA.
3) Stabilizing the mRNA bypasses rapid natural breakdown, leading to prolonged spike protein production with an unknown half-life and risks of reverse transcription or frameshifting.
4) The modifications can disrupt RNase L, an enzyme critical for degrading viral RNA and limiting viral protein production.
Given these design flaws, translation errors, and safety signals (e.g., myocarditis and colorectal cancer in young adults), the article urges caution before widespread use in healthy people of all ages, including pregnant women.
The post needs a short clarification as X does not allow to correct text. In chemically modified mRNA vaccines 100% of the uridine (U) bases—each and every one—is substituted by N1-methylpseudouridine during in vitro transcription.
In our article abstract we describe this differently: RNA consists of four bases (A, C, G, U) and the codon optimization process in these vaccines reduces uridine content, fully replacing all U residues. This means that, binomially, 20–30% of the total bases in the mRNA are m1Ψ.
However, this depends on the exact sequence and the approximately 50% figure in the abstract refers to a ballpark estimate across all chemically modified vaccine sequences, counting all four ribonucleotide bases with different enrichment in the sequence.
What is more important here is that natural eukaryotic mRNA contains only very low levels of pseudouridine (typically 0.2–0.6% of uridines, mostly in non-coding regions and not N1-methylated). Therefore, the vaccine mRNAs contain a far higher (~150 fold) density (30% to 50% of all bases depending on primary nucleotide sequences) of the unnaturally (chemically) modified uridine than any natural coding mRNA.

2. The FDA "approves" the first seasonal mRNA influenza injection authorized in the USA, despite striking complications, for adults aged 50 and older. (Ref_1)
According to the FDA’s clinical-trial-related information sheet, short-term (muscle- and joint-inflammatory) complications are already several times higher with the mRNA-based influenza vaccine than with the previous one (highest dose Fluzone, Ref_2, tables 3 and 4).
It looks like Moderna does not leave serious complications to chance, not even after a single shot!
Serious complication rates are nearly four to ten times higher than after the highest dose of the old antigen-based influenza vaccination jab!
Three-quarters of the subjects injected with the flu mRNA struggled with vaccination complications; with the highest dose Fluzone, it was "less than half"!
Now, if this is not a chemically modified mRNA disaster, then what is?

Twenty-five years of working with RNA taught one medical biochemist three things you should never do with it: modify it, stabilize it, or inject it. The mRNA COVID vaccine did all three, and I asked him to walk me through why that's important.
He described RNA as the blueprint of a cell, the instructions it uses to translate into proteins that do the actual work. If that blueprint is modified mid-construction, you don't get the protein you designed. You get fragments, and he said that's what is being produced in the majority of cases after the modification and injection of the spike protein RNA.
The greater danger is reverse transcription. When the RNA template persists in the cell long enough, it can be converted back into DNA. A cell with more DNA than it should have is something every physician recognizes. It's called aneuploidy, and it's a transformed cell. It's cancer.
He told me that, in his assessment as someone who has spent his career studying exactly this biology, the impact of all of this is beyond a disaster.
