The more you explain, the more you sound empty.
Let’s correct the deliberate misreading of the room. My disappointment was entirely directed at the poor quality, flawed analysis, and sensationalist framing of the question asked. It had no relevance to the occassion. Trying to spin my reaction into a manufactured disagreement with the CIC is lazy journalism and desperate commentary. The leadership responded exactly as a serious political movement should to unserious gossip....the question was and remains stupid.....

I’ll never forget when Zuma’s buddies at Eskom gave Guptas R659m to “buy”substandard coal Eskom couldn’t use. The Guptas then used that money to plug R600m shortfall in their purchase of Optimum Coal Mine (where Duduzane held a 19% stake) after banks had refused to finance them😭

A woman shared that her husband had an affair with a younger woman he met on Reddit while she was pregnant. According to her account, the affair continued even after she gave birth.
She said he spent money on the other woman, including gifts, hotel stays, meals, and cash. By the time he ended the affair, the damage to their marriage had already been done.
He wanted to reconcile, but she wasn't convinced that he was truly remorseful. She turned to Reddit to ask people who had survived infidelity what had helped them decide whether to stay or leave.
The question: Could you forgive a partner who cheated on you while you were pregnant?

On a serious note, the Minister needs to clarify whether she is pursuing this defamation action in her personal capacity as Mamoloko Kubayi or in her official capacity as a Cabinet Minister.
If this is a personal legal dispute, taxpayers should not be expected to foot the bill. Public funds and departmental resources cannot simply be used to finance a minister’s private litigation.
SA common law, as established in Die Spoorbond, does not recognise a right of government or organs of government to sue for defamation to protect their institutional reputation. However, an individual Cabinet Minister retains the right to sue in her personal capacity.
@sacr_official1 will write to the @DOJCD_ZA seeking clarity on the legal position and the use of public funds in such litigation.

Stupid people. They’ve deleted some videos after people asked why they’re in Israel. Comments now turned off on other videos.
