Former U.S. Attorney Scott Brady publicly confirmed that he notified DOJ and HHS-OIG to retrieve and examine my federal fraud referral and supporting documentation.

My federal referral was submitted through America.gov and includes findings concerning New Hope Home Care, approximately $85 MILLION in reported Medicaid reimbursements, corporate relationships, financial transactions, and former Upper Darby Treasurer Md Sayduzzaman.

I DID NOT START THIS INVESTIGATION.
This was a TEAM EFFORT, and the people who got the ball rolling deserve recognition.
I was brought in during April 2026. My first article was published May 5th 2026.
From there, I went to work digging through OSINT, business filings, deeds, financial records, corporate relationships, and Right-to-Know requests.
People brought information forward. People shared records. People did the groundwork. I helped connect the dots, document the findings, and bring them into public view.

A federal referral is not a finding of guilt, and an investigation has not yet been formally confirmed. But Brady's public statement is a significant development.

John Bolton’s legal team is asking a judge to sentence him to probation in his classified documents case.
“After a lifetime of illustrious
service and good works, Ambassador Bolton should never have to fear he will die in prison.”
Bolton is facing up to five years in prison and is expected to be sentenced on December 4, 2026.
Bolton has agreed to pay a $2.25 million fine.

They said a firm representative sent an unsolicited text message to Jack asking if a Human Events reporter could attend a briefing. No one from Human Events replied. That’s it.
Your replies below add to the evidence of your inaccurate reporting and inaccurate understanding of FARA reports. You suggest you never had to disclose a reporting contact with a foreign source. Very interesting how @jsolomonReports unintentionally confirmed that the text message documented in the FARA record was to Jack Posobiec, according to John’s reply below which I highlighted.
Also really interesting how John Solomon doesn’t understand the concept of a zoom in graphic and the use of a yellow annotation for emphasis on the subject of interest.
He calls that “deceptively trimmed”.
He is awfully defensive over me posting a record and simply saying who is affiliated with the media company.
Additionally, there is actually zero requirement by journalists to have their names listed in FARA documents for simply getting a comment from a foreign government.
Everyday, journalists publish comments from world leaders and you don’t see them showing up in FARA.
Never once have I ever had to document a request for comment from a foreign government. It’s simply not true.
I guess I am failing to see any credibility in John’s reply to me. It’s very bizarre that he is being this defensive over me simply pointing out Human Events is listed in a FARA document that references Qatar.

This week President Trump posted a video about the first document he declassified on returning to office.
