Shocking. The Premier of Ontario has pre-emptively suspended the right to strike for public sector workers for up to five years. Solidarity with @CUPEOntario in their struggle for better pay and conditions in the face of such draconian legislation breachmedia.ca/doug-fords-atโฆ

In mid-September, thousands of monarch butterflies flock to Point Pelee en-route to Mexico.
The shoreline of Point Pelee National Park acts as an ideal resting spot for the butterflies as they prepare for the 40 kilometre flight across Lake Erie.

Thank you @Miss_Andrade_ for this wonderful idea today! The 3s @AscensionHcdsb were looking at plants and their main parts up close today with magnifying glasses! They had a lot of fun trying to look for the stomata on the plants. They also looked for living things in the soil!
Stopped off at the local bookstore on the way home from the farmers market and this is what happened. Can you tell Iโm excited for Tuesday?! @AscensionHcdsb
