Bride Of Re-Animator (1990)
💀💀💀🦴
Rated this slightly higher than my last time watching - it's a quality sequel to the original.
The 4K looks great - and I had to get the limited version with the finger creature phone stand.

Saw V (2008)
💀🦴
This one bored me. The traps sucked and I don't care about these 2 cops. I also don't care about the 5 people in the traps, as they really have nothing to do with the other part of the storyline.

My Bloody Valentine (1981)
💀💀💀💀 -
I gave this only 2 skulls when I watched this on DVD back in 2021 - but that was the R-rated version.
This 4K has restored a lot of the kills/gore that was removed by the MPAA, which just makes for a better horror movie. 4K is great

Saw IV (2007)
💀💀💀🦴
I liked this one better than the first 3. Plot/pacing were much better. Twist at the end worked for me back when I first watched it.
This is the last of the new-ish set of 4K Steelbook releases, so 5-7 will have to be from the old collection.

Saw III (2006)
💀💀💀
I did like this one slightly better than 2, but things are getting convoluted. They probably would have been best to just end the series here.
I do seem to be having a better time with this series than I did the last time I watched it in 2023.

Obsession (2026)
💀💀💀💀🦴
A great movie. Still crazy it got over $500 million in worldwide box office.
It also proves a great movie can be made for under a million dollars.

Saw II (2005) 💀💀💀
This is up a skull from the last time I watched it. A good sequel that does the good parts of the original again but differently and expands the scope a bit more.

Chain Reactions (2024)
💀💀💀🦴
A decent doc about how The Texas Chain Saw Massacre affected the 5 people interviewed.
Patton Oswalt, Takashi Miike, Alexandra Heller-Nicholas, Stephen King, and Karyn Kusama are the interviewees.
September means it's horror movie season...

Saw (2004)
💀💀💀
(the skulls are my rating, out of 5. A bone is a half skull.)
I will be watching mostly my own physical media...but I'm sure something I want to watch will be streaming only.
