As we know, for the past few years, the residents of Arunachal Pradesh have been crying out, requesting, and demanding action against Chinese intrusions into Indian territory. If you and your Parliament have no knowledge that Arunachal Pradesh is one of the 28 states of India and a part of Indian territory, kindly protect it. If you cannot do so due to external foreign pressure, please be loud and clear and resign.

Article 1, 2, 3 and 4 defines what Indian mass is and gives Parliament alone the power to admit to alter or to let go of any land. If there is an alteration of to the status quo, the watchdog is supposed to bark. That watchdog is PM. Modi does not bark. He kept the nation in darkness. Bite he cannot, his own minions have accepted Chinese might.
Modi and his Tilakdhari team has sworn to to “bear true faith and allegiance to the Constitution of India” and to “uphold the sovereignty and integrity of India.” Article 75(4) mandate is clear. Yet he failed.
There is a betrayal of the nation. China is not only staring, smelling the borders, it has started eating into Indian core land, yet the watchdog does not bark. The DOG DOES NOT BARK. So there is no alert. But there are some brave, honest, patriotic soldiers, who have alerted the nation. This soldier is warning of the grave danger.
@kharge, immediately file an emergency motion in the Parliament....move pursuant to Rule 197 and all your privileges to make this PM and his team accountable and address the nation. We cannot just sit idle and let the country fall apart. You cannot rest, it is about Bharat, it is not Modi's fiefdom or his Dhando. It is about India, an urgent situation demands urgent action.
Enough CLEAN CHITS to China.

Three questions demand answers:
1. NATIONAL SECURITY
The ITBP DG's confirmation of continuing PLA face-offs in Arunachal Pradesh is deeply alarming. After Doklam and Galwan, is another serious confrontation unfolding? Reports of Chinese incursions near Taksing emerged in August. Yet, even 47 days after Corps Commander-level talks at Wacha–Damai, reportedly just 180 km away, confrontations continue. Has India's patrolling access been compromised? Arunachal Pradesh is an inseparable part of India. Why is the nation being kept in the dark?
2. ECONOMIC SECURITY
Since Galwan sacrifice of 20 Indian Army bravehearts, (FY2020–21), Chinese imports have surged 102%, while India's trade deficit with China has ballooned 155% to $112.16 billion. Even Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman admits China obstructs Indian exports. Yet, the Government is easing Chinese investment restrictions and considering PLI benefits for eligible China-linked ventures. Has Make in India become Import from China?
3. DIPLOMATIC ACCOUNTABILITY
At least 23 reported Modi–Xi meetings and interactions, 25 Special Representatives' rounds involving NSA Ajit Doval, 36 WMCC meetings, and successive SCO and BRICS Summits. What tangible results have these engagements delivered? Have India's pre-May 2020 patrolling rights been fully restored?
Our Armed Forces have our complete confidence. But National security demands accountability, not diplomatic photo opportunities & Hugplomacy!
Instead of attacking the Opposition, PM Modi must take Parliament and the Nation into confidence.

Ashutosh Ranka and Saurav Das of the Cockroach Janta Party were released on 21 October after spending seven days in judicial custody. Reports say their release came with written undertakings, including a promise not to call for protests at Jantar Mantar while it remains a denotified protest site. The legal proceedings are continuing.
The agitation concerns allegations of irregularities in the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls and demands for accountability from Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. These allegations require transparent examination; they should neither be treated as proven without evidence nor dismissed without a credible answer.
Our demands are clear:
• Protect the constitutional right to peaceful protest.
• Ensure that preventive detention and peace-bond provisions are not used arbitrarily to silence dissent.
• Provide transparent answers to concerns about voter-list revisions.
• Allow independent scrutiny, due process and accountability wherever wrongdoing is established.
A democracy must be strong enough to face questions from its own citizens. Dissent is not disloyalty. Asking questions is not a crime. The Constitution must protect citizens, not make them afraid to speak.
