Never thought I’d find myself defending Balayya, but why make such a huge fuss over things that happened a decade ago when you chose to work with him a second time?
And the roles you’re doing now are arguably even more regressive, bordering on soft porn. The same industry you’re criticising gave you an excellent debut,
soft launching with Dhoni (2012). She was even nominated for Best supporting actress for that role as far i remember.
Radhika Apte has opened up about her experience working in Telugu cinema, revealing that she was asked to marry her own cousin in a film.
She also spoke about being paired opposite a much older actor and how her character was killed off halfway through the movie.
The film in question is Legend (2014), starring Nandamuri Balakrishna. But if she had a problem with the storyline or romancing an older actor, wouldn't she have known about the script and the hero before signing the film?
She agreed to do the movie back then, yet is raising these issues years later while calling out patriarchy in the industry.

Telugu audiences are fcking lucky to 've been watching ss rajamouli for so many years. Just look at how he builds & pays off this entire sequence with his dir, music & visual storytelling. I get why he said no one matches his vision. I got goosebumps here

Legend is like Jailer before Jailer🔥🔥🔥
Dear @KeerthyOfficial, May we know why you have to laugh out louder for this scene? The actor was physically carrying her weight and lifting her onto his shoulder without any rope support. That takes real effort, risk and it’s disheartening to see this kind of reaction from you

Such an intense scene and Balayya was lifting her while delivering a stellar performance. And thats a big joke for them. Its ok if Radhika Apte says something but didn’t expect that reaction from @KeerthyOfficial

- @radhika_apte about #Legend (2014), the first ever Blockbuster in her career.

Viewers are the heart of this show. Rohit’s elimination through housemate voting has deeply hurt the audience and disregarded their emotional connection with him.
Look at the overwhelming support across Instagram, X, YouTube & Facebook. Our connection with Rohit is personal.Viewers are now questioning the show's fairness, with growing disappointment that could impact viewership and engagement.

A 61 year old man romancing 39 year old Deepika is “chill”, but the same in Telugu is “baffling”.
This chutiya will stoop to any low to suck SRK's ass and shit on Telugu films
Laidback, wholesome and chill vibes with the new single of #King
It’s always fun to see SRK & Deepika together on screen.
The visuals of how Siddharth Anand captures songs however have become derivatives of what once worked (Besharam Rang, Ishq Jaisa Kuch) : they all end looking the same
Fun nonetheless
