About halfway through Digimon Adventure 1999 and I gotta say while it is a product of its time and pretty corny… I’ve laughed more than I expected and I’m really enjoying this. Feels comfortable

Finished Edgerunners II It was great. I feel like despite it saying it was a whole new story and characters, people just expected a copy/paste of the first series and got let down when that clearly wasn’t going to happen Memorable characters, different feel, very enjoyable

I personally think season 1 was lightning in a bottle and just so near perfect that it was going to be hard to live up to anyways. This new season does a lot of things well. Not as good imo but still very much a great season overall
