2-photon excitation + adaptive optics + red dyes + #STED = 3D super-resolution imaging ~100 microns deep in the brain of a living 🐭! Our paper is now out in #OSA_Optica. Congrats Mary Grace Velasco et al.! 🙌🔬doi.org/10.1364/OPTICA.41684… @OSAPublishing @YaleCellBio @YaleBme
Remarkable images of mitochondria and Golgi from @OnsMSaad1! I love the flexibility of combining protein specific antibody labeling, organelle specific stains, and primary amine labeling to see exquisite details of the cell.
Our most recent super-resolution development is now on bioRxiv: pan-ExM generates images which look remarkably similar to FIB-SEM but require just a normal confocal microscope. (1/2) #panExM @OnsMSaad1
