Outside being the lady who shares her thoughts on movies, random observations and the occasional rant 😂, I’m also a Customer Success Associate passionate about creating meaningful customer experiences. I enjoy listening to customers, understanding their challenges, finding practical solutions and making sure they feel heard and supported throughout their journey. I turn customer challenges into positive experiences, one conversation at a time. 🤝🏽✨ Different sides of me, but both involve something I genuinely enjoy; people and their stories. ❤️

Did you know that @_deyemi featured in a Japanese sci-fi titled Queen of Mars, now showing on Prime Video? 👀🔥 I love seeing Black people doing exploits, breaking barriers, and making waves beyond their borders. ❤️🌍 Sometimes, all we need is a reminder that our background, skin colour, or circumstances shouldn't limit how far we dream or how much we believe is possible for us. And this right here is my cue to start working on those cold emails I've been postponing. 😂📧 If you don't put yourself out there, how will the world discover what you have to offer? Iyam proud of this achievement! 🇳🇬❤️👏🏽 Here's to more Nigerian talents taking up space on the global stage! 🌍✨ Who is adding Queen of Mars to their weekend watchlist 🤔🤔🤔

Today, with our team of lawyers at the Federal High Court in Maitama, Abuja. These brilliant lawyers appeared free of any charges for the case against MTN Nigeria, Airtel Nigeria, Glo World, FCCPC, and DStv. They were led by Ogbaga Ogba Immanuel. Before 8 AM this morning we were at the court to officially begin the case. Unfortunately, the court adjourned until 15th of November. On the 18th, we will be there and we will continue to talk about what these telecoms are doing to Nigerians and also continue the legal challenges, until the relevant authorities put an end to the open fraud these big corporations are committing against Nigerians. Our case is simple: If I buy a 30-day data plan and use it heavily, the network tells me my data has been exhausted after just a few days. Their justification is simple: you’ve consumed everything you paid for. Fair enough. But if I use the same data sparingly and still have a balance on the 30th day, the remaining data suddenly expires. The justification now changes: your subscription has reached its validity period. So which principle is actually governing the transaction? If the argument is that I am being charged based on usage, then why should unused data expire at all? I haven’t consumed what I paid for. If the argument is that I paid for 30 days of access, then why is the data allowed to run out before those 30 days are over? Shouldn’t I continue to have access until the agreed expiration date? The industry appears to switch between two contradictory principles, depending on which one benefits the company at that particular moment. -When heavy usage favors the network, they say: “You used it all.” -When light usage favors the customer, they say: “Time is up.” The customer loses under both systems. This inconsistency becomes even more obvious when you compare it with airtime. Your airtime does not disappear simply because 30 days have passed. It remains yours until you actually spend it. The network does not wake up one morning and confiscate your remaining airtime because a calendar date has arrived. Why then should paid data be treated differently? The principle should be consistent. If a data bundle has a fixed expiration date, then the purchased volume should remain available until that date, regardless of how quickly or slowly it is used. Conversely, if the network insists that data can be completely exhausted at any time based solely on consumption, then there is no logical basis for imposing an expiry date on any unused balance. Once I have paid for it, what I have not consumed should remain mine until I consume it. You cannot simultaneously tell customers: “Your data can finish before the validity period because usage matters,” and then turn around and say, “Your remaining data has expired because the validity period matters.” Those are two different charging philosophies. Switching between them depending on which one increases company revenue is not a coherent billing principle — it is a contradiction. The question is simple: When consumers pay for data, are they buying a quantity of data, or are they buying time? If the answer is data, then unused data should never expire. If the answer is time, then the purchased data should remain available throughout that entire period, regardless of consumption patterns. The current system attempts to have it both ways, and in every scenario, the consumer bears the loss. And this is why we have gone to court. In South Africa right now, the regulator ICASA has ordered MTN and Vodacom to stop letting data expire. New rules say unused data, voice and SMS must roll over automatically, at no extra cost, once the bundle's time is up. MTN and Vodacom did not comply quietly. They took ICASA to court to try to block it. They are facing fines of about R5 million each for non compliance. That's about N410 Million. That is the real story. A regulator with teeth forcing

One of my favourite faith-based YouTube channels is dropping a movie for us today by 6 PM! 😍🎬 IS GOD DEAD?? 🤔 I'm sure there was a point in my life when I asked myself, "God, do You really answer prayers?" 🥹🙏🏽 So, seeing this movie title immediately aroused my curiosity. What could have happened to make someone question God's existence? What kind of experience could make a person wonder if God is truly alive? Hmmmm! 👀 I guess I'll find out this evening! 📺 Catch Is God Dead?? on Pascal Amanfo TV today by 6 PM. Abeg, who else is watching with me? 🍿❤️

Watch till end (or skip to 1:30) 🥷🏽 Queen Of Mars… now showing on Prime Video
I was scrolling through TikTok yesterday when I came across this video, he said he sent over 1,000 cold emails looking for international roles. Meanwhile, you sent 5 last week and another 5 this week and you’re already complaining that cold email doesn’t work.

Have you ever attended to a customer, closed the conversation, and later felt like you could have done more? 🤔 I had that feeling a few days ago, and honestly, I haven't been able to get it off my mind. Days like these happen in customer support. Sometimes, it’s not about getting everything wrong; it’s about looking back and realizing there was something you could have done better. The goal isn't to be perfect; it's to keep learning and improving. ❤️ Recognizing what you could have done differently and learning from it makes all the difference. Fellow customer support professionals, have you ever had a moment like this? What did it teach you? #CustomerSupport

This post was actually Joy Charles Ekong post on FB. The least you could have done is give the original creator the credit 😞 This isn't fair on creatives
You asked me for ₦10,000 to buy an inhaler. I asked for your account details, and you told me you would send the account number for your chemist because your own account had issues. I explained that I couldn't exchange money at the time. But on second thought, because you said you needed the money for an inhaler, I reached out to a friend and begged her to send you some money in naira. My dear, she mistakenly sent you ₦100,000 instead of ₦10,000! And guess what? She didn't even notice the mistake until this evening! I waited for an entire day because I genuinely wanted to see how you would handle the situation. I wanted to see if you would reach out and say, "Someone sent me more money than I requested." But when I checked on you today, I discovered that you had blocked me AND the friend who sent you the money. Omooooo! So, you asked for ₦10k, someone mistakenly sent you ₦100k, and your response was to block both the person who helped you and the person who facilitated the help? Anyway, I hope the ₦100k sorts out your life issues.

Being an actor is definitely a lot of work. Imagine stepping into a role knowing fully well that some people who cannot separate acting from real life might end up hating you for the character you played. 🥹 In Caught in the Cycle showing on @BiodunStephenO TV, Leonardo (Stan Nze )and Cynthia ( Leolidas Ewane) played the roles of the perverted couple, while Ify @AngelOUnigwe was their victim. It must have taken a lot for each of these actors to step into their respective roles and embody their characters the way they did. The delivery was so convincing that, as a viewer, I'm still trying to process what I watched. 😭💔 If I, who only watched the movie, haven't been able to get over it, how much more the people who had to bring these characters and their disturbing actions to life on screen? Sometimes, we get so carried away by a character that we forget there's an actor behind the performance. Let's learn to appreciate actors for their craft without confusing the roles they play with who they are in real life. 👏🏽❤️

I watched Caught in the Cycle, and chai, this movie was TRAUMATIZING! 😭💔 At the moment, I'm honestly short of words to describe what I watched. My people, this one left me with a lot to process. 🥹 Despite how traumatizing it was, it mirrors the realities of life in a way that feels painfully honest. But as always, I definitely have my takeaways. 🤐🎬

Thank you so much for sharing this
Earlier this year, I closed a $10k deal using cold emails. And as someone who have gotten the vast majority of my clients from cold emails, here’s a strategy that works: First, there are two ways of doing cold emails. 1: Automated 2: Manual (personalized) If you have a lot of money, go for the automated using softwares like instantly or smartlead. But if you’re a beginner, the second is what you should go for. How’s how: First create a new Gmail account After that, spend two weeks warming it manually. All you have to do is send emails to that Gmail, reply from it. Do this everything for two weeks straight. Now, you’re ready to send cold emails. But it doesn’t end there, the next thing you want to do is to give that email a lil professional look. And the easiest way to do this is to add an email signature. Here’s. A video showing you how to: youtu.be/X4k77veybI0?si=CoQU… Now there are two things left: - Leads - Offer For the leads, I use a lady in Philippines Abi Pakistan. I pay her around $10 or less for 1k leads. I give her the description of what I want and she scraps the list. You can do this yourself using Apollo. Or hire someone on fiverr like I do. Now after getting the leads, you also want to verify it. You can use a tool like million verifier. It’s affordable. After verification, you might notice that only about 70% of those leads are good. That’s not too bad. So we have a Gmail, we have leads. Now we need an offer. This is already getting too long, I might do a part two showing the next steps. Just lmk in the comments!
