Privacy, Security, Open Source, Resilient Networking and Aggregation Hub. Which ones will you visit?
What a solid lineup. The @EFDevcon community sure knows how to grow some CROPS 🌽
6 years in, Filecoin is graduating from a capacity network to a revenue-generating business network.
Cold storage took Filecoin from zero to one. Now the focus is on storage for growing demands of AI and agents.
@momack28 gives a glimpse on everything in the works 👇

🌐 THE SCHEDULE IS LIVE! 🇮🇳
We’re excited to announce the schedule for the Resilient Networking Hub @ @EFDevcon 8 Mumbai.
🔗 Explore the full schedule: libp2p.tech/schedule
From November 3–6, we are bringing together protocol researchers, open-source maintainers, builders, security practitioners, and the decentralized infrastructure community to explore what it takes to build a more resilient internet.
🛠️ What’s happening at the Hub?
🔗 Build resilient networks from the ground up with libp2p, peer identity, discovery, transports, and secure connections.
🤖 Explore the Internet of Agents through verifiable agent actions, trustworthy receipts, AI inference evidence, and open observability standards.
🔐 Dive into protocol and cryptographic resilience, including post-quantum P2P migration, formal verification, Lean, zero-knowledge proofs, and privacy measurements.
📦 Build with decentralized storage through @IPFS, Helia, Kubo, self-hosted infrastructure, and hands-on workshops with real-world applications.
🌍 Discover decentralized infrastructure in practice with the @ethswarm ecosystem, decentralized publishing, streaming, collaborative editing, and permanent archives.
💬 Join the discussions that shape what comes next from network trust, failure and recovery to @Ethereum protocol resilience, public goods, and sustainable infrastructure.
⚡ Expect hands-on workshops, research sessions, live demos, maintainer meetups, roundtables, and plenty of opportunities to meet the people building and maintaining the infrastructure we all depend on.
This is an invitation to participate, not just attend.
Whether you are a student exploring P2P networking for the first time, a researcher investigating protocol resilience, a maintainer looking to collaborate, or a builder working on decentralized applications and agentic systems, we’d love to welcome you.
Come share your work, bring your questions, meet fellow contributors, and help us experiment with more resilient, open, and verifiable infrastructure.
A big thank-you to all the speakers, maintainers, researchers, ecosystem partners, and volunteers helping bring this community together. Also, special thanks to friends from @EFDevcon team, @satyaki44 and @OrnellaWeb3.

Let’s build networks that work when connectivity can’t be taken for granted. 🛠️
Stanford student just reverse-engineered Jane Street's Quant training system...
turned it into 24/7 self-improving AI trading agents - dropped 11-page PDF
here's playbook in 6 steps:
step 1 → copy the Jane Street game: clone open-source Figgie simulator - a full market with 6 bots to trade against
step 2 → give it a quant brain: Claude Code writes a bot that counts cards and quotes around fair value
step 3 → let it train itself: thousands of games VS its own past versions - the Stanford recipe
step 4 → check it's real: 600 games VS a zero-info bot - same profit = fake edge
step 5 → make it a trading bot: same skills, real market - fair value from the order book, quotes around it
step 6 → run it 24/7 on paper: Alpaca paper account + /loop 1h "tweak one thing, keep it if profit goes ip"
the result: what Jane Street teaches its Quants, now running in your terminal 24/7
Read PDF course now. Then learn how to build full trading system below:

Really like this direction. Bringing privacy primitives closer to the transport layer makes them far more useful in practice. From my perspective as a woman in crypto, better privacy is also a real safety feature—not just a technical flex.
