Spent some time getting this almost complete. I've shelled it so it can be used for an actual PC and I know just need to size a keyboard for it so it fit snug in the opening and then I will cut it up for printing. #fallout #fallout3 #fallout76 #3drender #fallout4

After looking at my settings and taking your comments on board I found that my exposure time was too long. I've done a load of tests and I was slowly dialing the exposure time back and its working well. #elegoosaturn #3dprint #3dprinting #resinprinting

Havent had the best of starts with the #Elegoo Saturn 4 16k and I'm hoping its just me being an idiot, I've adjusted the settings I would normally go to for getting a good cure and ots better but still far from perfect. #3dprint

A bit of a size comparison between the old #Anycubic Photon 2 and the new #Elegoo Saturn 16k. The number of improvements in the 5 years between them is numerous and there so many things that make it really easy to use. And as expected the first print came out without a problem.

Its been a good 5-ish years with this machine, theres been so much advancement in the resin printers in that time that theres no point in finding parts to fix it if a new machine is pretty affordable and better in every way.

Still ongoing with the #fallout Gatling Laser drawings as theres so many parts to detail to make sure people can assembly the thing. Once the drawing is finished it looks simple and clear to understand but it takes so much longer to create them making sure they're concise.

I've always loved how interesting the #Fallout3 Plasma Pistol looks as theres just so much going on with the tubes and small details. I didnt think about using LED's but it would definitely look better with them, either way it still looks good. #propmaking #3dprint

With the #Fallout 4 Gatling Laser finished I'm now starting on the drawings to aid in the assembly and detail the position of all the pieces. With these drawings I also detail all the fasteners and any steel rods that need to be bonded in to strengthen the parts. #drawings

The locking mechanism is done and the front page is mounted. It looks great and I just need to finish the key. The #3dprinting files for this are available on my Patreon and on my @Cults3D page. #filmprop

Made a good go on the Fallout 3 Pipboy hand selector. I found the game texture was really helpful to see the details as viewing it in game for some reason more difficult to view. I just need to add some small details and it'll be done.

Got the settings running right for the plugs so I'm going to optimize the support material and try and nest them closer to get more per print.

Always the way with new material especially with resin as the printing parameters are more tricky to nail down. #3dprint #carproject

The #Skyrim Steel Warhammer is now complete. I was having difficulty with some of the curved inlays as it was taking longer than I expected to get them right. I've now sectioned it for #3dprinting and created the drawing and its all available on my Patreon.

Sometimes the right movements on the printer get some interesting sounds. Sounds like it should be a warning sound off an 8 bit game. #8bit #3dprinting #3dprint #retrosounds
