Many were here prior to Musk. But you can see what the Musk era is about on Twitter in the QTs of this thread. Literally hundreds of explicitly Nazi and anti-semitic accounts cheering on replays of the Final Solution. Of course vastly more merely Qanon, pro-Musk, pro-Trump etc.

So a company’s deputy GC was actively involved in reviewing the company’s internal files before they were sent to people outside the company for the purpose of making those internal files public?
Anyone who thinks this is a scandal doesn’t understand what in-house lawyers … do.
Over the weekend, while we both dealt with obstacles to new searches, it was @BariWeiss who discovered that the person in charge of releasing the files was someone named Jim. When she called to ask “Jim’s” last name, the answer came back: “Jim Baker.”
