I had a middle school team passing, up 28-0 with 90 seconds left. QB gets legally hit (QB jumped right up) and the coach is upset about safety. How about not passing up 28 and running up the score?
Great game. Seaford bounces back. Poly made them play all 4 quarters to earn it. Outstanding sportsmanship from both schools. Pleasure to be out there with those athletes. #delhs

I officiated a high school football game this weekend that I can’t get out of my mind. It was not Delaware teams. They were from out of state. It was towards the end of the game and the team losing had a pass interference go against them. It was the correct call. Three flags on it. The head coach of the losing team runs to the middle of the football field and at the top of his lungs starts yelling “that call is Bulls$&t.”Repeatedly for the entire stadium to hear. I ejected him immediately and he kept screaming. I can’t believe a leader of young men would have acted like that.
Down in Maryland tonight. Wi Hi at Snow Hill. Great sportsmanship from both teams. We were all sucking wind at the end. hot and humid. Eastern Shore late summer weather baby.
