@sainsburys I have a click/collect slot at 8pm tonight from @SainsburysMereG. Had an email to say 11 of my 71 items were unavailable, one of them being milk. So went into store and managed to get milk along with 5 other missing items. Told by staff it is due to covid 1/2 – at West Midlands, England
Shop is done at 4am in store but they hadn’t had any deliveries at that point, hence why over 15% of my order was unavailable. I’m trying to avoid going into store and paying for a service from @sainsburys. Sort it out!

@AsdaServiceTeam @asda delivery last night. Driver with attitude, phoned to complain & got the Philippines. This morning I have seen the driver has smashed into a planter outside my house.Tried the store, no answer, phoned customer service told I have to call Manila. Disgraceful
