Serving as MPP for the Riding of Huron-Bruce, as well as Ontario Minister of Rural Affairs is truly the honour of a lifetime.
I take this responsibility very seriously and I thank Premier Ford and the people of Huron-Bruce for placing their trust in me once again.
Officially recognized the amazing outcome of an @ONTrillium investment at the #Auburn Community Patk with local #Lions Members as well as Marg Anderson & Jim Ginn representing @CentralHuron.
This community park is a thoughtful hub that now includes an outdoor basketball/pickleball court, an excellent ball park, a dog park and the community hall!
Had a great day in #Huron #Bruce! Meetings with constituents, helping to resolve/cut red tape issues while also celebrating important investments and recognizing 4-H successes!

I was happy to announce, alongside @LisaThompsonPC, a $100,000 Seed Grant through the @ONTrillium Foundation for Huron-Perth Children Aid Society!📣🙌
This funding will support the development of accessible, evidence-based training for child welfare professionals, educators, healthcare providers and law enforcement to better identify and address human trafficking in our rural communities.

Great to connect with members of the Ontario Craft Brewers during their advocacy day at Queen’s Park, including Cowbell Brewing from Huron County. We had a productive conversation about the craft beer sector and its contributions to economic growth, tourism, and vibrant communities across Ontario.
Today our government released #OnFES2026, a Plan to Protect Ontario, outlining our plan to protect workers, families, and businesses while fortifying key industries impacted by tariffs and attracting new jobs in high-growth sectors.

Congrats to the #GeorgianBay Chapter of Professional Engineers for hosting another successful annual #Mathletics Competition that was max’d out with 50 math students representing 13 communities from #Bruce, #Huron , Grey, & Perth Counties.

We have been celebrating in #SmallBusinessWeek in #Huron #Bruce!!
Did you know that 275,000 businesses call small towns & rural communities across this province home, generating $117.8 billion in provincial GDP?
For instance Brown’s Guardian Pharmacy in #Walkerton has 61 people on their team!! And they do so much more, like supporting people recuperating and aging at home! I appreciated a chance to visit Ryan and Katrina! Plus I got my flu shot while I was there!!
Saw a shark in #PortElgin today!
And - a baby shark, princesses, super heros, witches, an egg & bacon, bananas, and so much more - in #Southampton as well!!
It was awesome to see everyone embracing the #Halloween spirit in #SaugeenShores.
I was privileged to participate in the official opening of the 3rd suite at Huron Shores @HSHospice today in #Tiverton.
The vision, commitment and sense of community #HuronShores has is evident in all the hospice does, especially in their partnership with the Tiverton Park Manor.
It was also wonderful to see families & supporters come together to celebrate!
